This was an excellent home; clean, quiet, homey and in a great neighborhood. The home is huge with a lovely lanai.

The property was centrally located and convenient to Sumpter Landing. The house has ample dishes, gas stove, and up to date refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was large and worked well. It was great having a gas grill, extra golf clubs. The owner was wonderful and was helpful in every way.p

Always clean and well stocked with whatever is needed! Charlotte is always available for any issues and is great!

So much to do in Villages. Need more than a week. Loved driving golf cart (included in rental) most everywhere we wanted to go, day or night. Will be back.

We loved staying in this home. It was well-equipped and in a great location. Charlotte was communicative and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable and the home layout was perfect for both adults and kids! Will rent again!

Terrific home in a centralized location of The Villages. Golf cart included which was so fun to drive around and see the sights. We were visiting friends who live in the Villages, so we were constantly busy with golf and all the wonderful restaurants in the area.

If your looking for a great place to stay, look no further. This house is in the perfect location Close to both Sumpter Landing and Brownwood, a short golf cart ride to both. The house was large and comfortable, the golf cart was a plus, we did rent another golf cart but only because we prefer gas. Charlotte was awesome to deal with she makes the process so easy. Everything was very nice. Really enjoyed the golf car, the neighborhood swimming pool. Easy access to Entertainment Squares and Great Restaurants. The Hostess was available to answer questions. Can’t wait to come back.

This home was just what we hoped for. It is spacious with pristine appointments. Our host, Charlotte, was quick to respond to our needs and questions and made us feel so welcome. Exceeded our expectations!

We rented this home for our family visiting from overseas. They were delighted to find many special touches including cosy bathrobes and wine and glasses set up to greet them after a long flight. All of the rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for family meals. The master bedroom was luxurious, with a comfortable lounge chair to help combat jet lag! The home is located in the heart of The Villages, and the golf cart made for easy access to entertainment, golf and shopping.

This is our second time renting this home. Every positive review is spot on. The home is beautiful, location is perfect, size of home also perfect! We got to meet the owner who was welcoming and informative. House was clean and well stocked along with the necessities. Highly recommend this home.

Our family group of five stayed at this lovely home for the month of March 2022. This was our third trip together to The Villages. The home met all of our expectations as to comfort and accommodations. With five adults, having the 1/2 bath was an appreciated bonus. We were fortunate to have found such a spacious rental home. We took advantage of the lanai nearly every day to enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the Florida weather. The kitchen had been well stocked with basic cookware and dishware as well as several additional specialty items such as a crock pot and a Keurig. Some basic pantry items were also made available to us, very thoughtful! We often made meals at home on the stove top and on the gas grill. The owner was very responsive to inquires that we made about the property. I don't believe it is mentioned in the description but the home is very near an access point to the golf cart path. Those of us who golfed were able schedule tee times easily at the Bogart and Bacall courses and the electric golf cart provided with the home was put to frequent use. We rented a second golf cart for the non-golfers, although the pool was within reasonable walking distance. We had a wonderful month in this home!

My wife and i have been snow birds in The Villages for 13 years. We were thrilled with the quality of the property. The property was very well supplied including many unexpected extras such as hair driers, slow cookers, Keurig coffee maker with plenty of refills. It was easy to work with the property manager in that she was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a beautiful house with more room than you need. Great location! Great communication and always helpful! Gonna be back next year

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean, tasteful organized and spacious home. It met all of our needs and then some. It was extremely relaxing and the neighborhood was very quiet which provided peaceful rest. We would definitely would visiting the future 🙂

The property was very clean, decorated, and comfortable. From day one we felt at home. We were very close to Sumter Landing and not that far away from the new sections to the south in Fenney. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in The Villages. Charlottes house was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were so comfortable and the house was beautiful. It was fun exploring the area on the golf cart. If opportunity arises I would stay there again.

Have been to The Villages many times, this property made for the best so far. GREAT location, beautiful inside and out, well equipped, open floor plan, too many good things to list. Look forward to future visits to this home.

Hot house, weak or low ac and hot water not hot?? OK first let me say this ,we were able to check in early which was nice and when we got there the house was 80° adjust the thermostat down to 72 and contacted landlady to see what we could do apparently, she had monitors or controls thermostat from her phone and after complaining about the house being warm a few times she said that you have to give it time to cool down ,which we gave it four days or so to cool down and the thermostat was set at 72 never reached 72 in the house sweating and we were told all kinds of reasons why that was not happening regardless, the house never really got as cool as it should’ve. Combine that with the hot water not being hot the entire place is “marginalized” on top of that we were told that the landlord monitors ac thermostat remotely so you get temp they give u. I must say this is the warmest house ever husband has Graves’ disease no Good never cool down we had shortened our stay, by day and a half we couldn’t take it anymore on top of that we went out in the Linai patio there was a 3’ snake inside that made things interesting the house,has it’s points that need to be addressed air conditioning .nosy neighbors and landlord, 3 missing doorstops backyard pic in ad different ? deteriorated rear patio entry steps house wasn’t as described or look like the pictures. We had other people staying with us they couldn’t stay more than a day because of the air conditioner not working as it should’ve and also there is the neighbors!!!!!! one nice neighbor and the rest are actually quite outspoken rude about the previous renters didn’t leave a good impression on them and they seem to take it out on the people renting currently just be aware of that they’re watching you and everything you’re doing Also received a text asking us to turn the lights off at night?someone watches the house no I don’t need nobody nannying me I paid for the place for the week and a half but I didn’t know there was rules about lights no ac snakes seems like nothing worked out the way it should’ve previous people before us left us a giant gift of dog do bag in the garbage can in the garage we open the garage smelled like death had to clean the entire house at least twice upon arrival it is what it is a hot house with no ac or hot water crooked pictures covering things odd carpets folded up by walls ?couch ripped up taped broken lamps missin curtain rods etc
