My family (my husband and our 18 month old) absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, and in the PERFECT location. The walk to the village (dining and shopping) was literally 2 minutes. The walk to the beach was 5. We had the best time!

Perfect stay for a long weekend! The location is very close to the village shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beautiful beach! Communication was awesome and the owner was very quick to respond to the two questions asked during our stay.

Loved the property and loved the location! The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. We didn't have any little ones with us this time but would feel very comfortable bringing them back here. We were very happy we booked this condo!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location! It is an easy walk to everything!! The condo is really well equipped with TVs, WiFi, kitchen items, and beach items. It is really spacious. The management team is super responsive to any questions that arise.
My only two very tiny issues are… 1. The washer and dryer are small (probably 1/2 load), coin-operated out by the pool. The management company said the listing stated this but at least in the mobile version of viewing, I only could see washer/dryer. 2. The bed linens and towels are not the best. You are paying somewhat of a premium price for very budget linens. Neither of these things are huge deals nor would they deter me from booking again but wanted to share for feedback purposes.

Loved our stay at Southern Comfort. Our family came to Siesta to see friends and attend a wedding. This place is in an excellent location! Right beside the action of the Village, yet quiet. The pool is right beside this unit too. Just a short walk to beach access 4 as well. Kitchen is well equipped, and all is in good condition and nicely decorated inside. The ONLY request I could make is to update the beach equipment. The chairs have seen better days. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us:))

We had such an amazing time! Beautifully decorated condo with very comfy beds! Short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants/shops that Siesta Village has to offer! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Unit
This condo in Siesta Key was clean, spacious and beautifully renovated. We had three kids, two teens and a 12 year old and we all enjoyed our time here. Location was within walking distance to the spectacular beach and the charming little town. Washer/dryer is located near the pool, which the kids enjoyed, and is coin operated. Storage for the unit beach amenities is in a closet on the lower level. Didn't find that until later in our stay but we loved our time here and want to come back again soon!

Overall we were happy with the condo. It's well maintained and decorated nicely. It's walking distance to downtown Siesta Key am to beach access 3 and 4. The negative for us was the shared complex pool was for numerous buildings and was crowded. Also the coin operated laundry (could not believe there was not one in the condo) was $1.50 for wash and another $1.50 for dry. Over a two week period, that was over $9.00 to do laundry which is nuts. The cost to do laundry should be clearly noted in the condo description, which it isn't. And banks don't want to give quarters as coins are scarce. There's parking for one car but I think it would be tight if you had two cars.

It was well stocked with kitchen items, games, cards, etc. We loved hanging out on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening as well. Our kids loved the double bunk beds in their room, and having a pool right outside the unit. It was perfect for our stay! There is no laundry in unit - we were aware of this before we arrived - but I think is important to mention if you are staying for a longer period. There is coin laundry by the pool if needed. All around, the unit is amazing - so brightly decorated and it was perfect for our family!

This property was great. It was very spacious. It had everything we could possibly need. Even though the washer and dryer were not in unit it was very conveniently located!! Property management was super responsive to a couple of small issues. We have been to siesta key many times and this was one of our favorite locations!!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. The property was super clean and it is a great location.
One thing to note. There is laundry on-site but you need to have quarters for the washer and dryer.
