The posting said that parties/events were allowed. So I had some friends come over and we were playing music. The police arrived within about 20 mins. I showed the police the posting and they said the owner was illegally posting this property & that they would reach out due to false advertising & suggested that I requested a refund. The police also stated that they would allow me to continue my gathering but to keep the music down and hopefully the neighbors did not continue to call in & complain. I did so however, the neighbors continued to complain so everyone had to leave. The next morning the owner called me cursing and threatening me to leave I told him I was cleaning up he aggressively yelled through the phone for me to stop cleaning & leave & if I am still there when he arrives him & his friends are going to beat me up, drag me out, & I don’t know who I’m f*cking with. He appeared to be upset because he was fined by the city of Scottsdale which I was aware of because the officers told me the night before that he would get fined due to renting this property out illegally. I did attempt to clean however, he threatened me & to avoid any altercation & me fearing for my life I decided to leave as soon as possible rather than stay & he arrived & the situation escalated.

Location was great, easy to get around Scottsdale and other events we went to in Tempe & Phoenix. Easy access to the beautiful Chaparral Park Trail system for running/walking/biking. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Two suggestions: 1) Kitchen supplies are basic - additional glass plates would be welcome over plastic. 2)There is a lovely screened in patio area as well as outdoor space - additional seating would be welcome. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We really enjoyed our access to these. On our departure date, we had a late flight on a hot and sunny day; we requested an extended check out so we could enjoy the house and pool before we left. Esmerelda was able to accommodate this for us quickly and for a reasonable additional charge for the extended stay.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood just a mile or so from everything you would want to do in Scottsdale. Living room was very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms in great condition. I would definitely stay here again.

I was there with two friends. The property was very close to our favorite haunts in Old Towne Scottsdale. It was very clean. The three spacious bedrooms, one for each of us, was just what we needed. The house was also close to major highways that led to our golfing and dining desinations. It was perfect. Would do it again.

Esmeralda had the home perfect when we walked in and even though I text her a couple times later than I should have, always a quick response House was in a great location and the neighbors all extremely friendly. Very close to a shopping center, grocery store and other Amenities. Highly recommend this home if you plan a stay in Scottsdale
