Looks dirty and really old , not well equipt and just plain horrible

Location was great. Safe area. Undervover parking was nice.
Couldn't get the tv to work and the room was not up to par regarding cleanliness. Cigarette buds lying on the grass right in front of the room. Also didn't have wifi, no information inside the room like the wifi password.

The braai and garden area.
The appliances kept tripping the electricity so we needed to request another kettle.

The location in Great. We loved walking to the beach everyday. There is a little shop for snacks and drinks and a lovely ice-cream shop.
The toilet leaked in the small bathroom. The doors were difficult to lock and unlock. The noise coming from the street is not ideal.

centrally located, very clean and well equipped.
It had a washing machine which was a great plus.
The braai has no chimney and it was very windy which made the braai a bit unpleasant. It would be very nice if the braai could have been under cover which means you could even visit during winter.

Its not very clean, especially the colour of the linen, its too dark

How convenient it was next to the beach
The property needs upgrading and maintenance. The check out time was way too early

The set up of the place good
. The house was not clean it was dusty, I did not smell fresh.
The dishes was not a plan not to what I use to when booking in. There was only one big pot kne small pot that was filthy and one pan.
The duvet was also not of good quality

The accommodation is in a state of disrepair yet they are are aware of this issues and continue to let out the property . This was a rip off and had we known of the poor conditions I would have not booked this . Bookings .com you are getting a bad name

It had a view of both the river and the sea.
Just love that.
The water in the bathrooms was a problem, however i understand the water crisis.

I enjoyed the simplicity of the unit, the weather was ideal & it was great being so close to the beach.
the braai areas on the river right opposite the unit. It gets noisy when the people use theses braais

We had a self catering services, so there was no catering necessary.
Your rusted dishes, outdated bedding and almost everything needs to be changed. We were mostly disgusted by the old and dirty rag for washing dishes.
