New bed linens and mattress needed. New chair in living needed. T did not turn on with remotes. We replaced the batteries to no avail. Terrible tv situation in living room. Great appointments in kitchen. Everything you needed. Very clean! Plenty of towels. Dated bedroom furniture. Needs bedroom curtains replaced.

I spent an extended weekend with my wife, and we loved the place. Clean, comfortable, well supplied, and managed. We are already looking forward to returning in September. Everything as described.

Only issue was that pictures showed it facing the ocean to the east, but it faced 90 degrees turned to the south.

We can't say enough good things about our stay!! Great location, fantastic accommodations, and the customer service was beyond wonderful. We were there to celebrate our 15th anniversary and upon our arrival there was a lovely card & baggie of chocolate almond popcorn (from the yummy fudge shop downtown) waiting for us! We rode bikes (included) to Fort Clinch, downtown, and just everywhere. We drove our rental car to St. Augustine one day (took the ferry across St. John river - fun!) and went to Savannah another day. Easy drives both ways. The excitement of the FL Gators/GA Bulldogs game was palpable & added a really awesome vibe to all of our activities. I HIGHLY recommend this property/Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach - we will be back!

The condo was clean and very well maintained. The location was great right on the beach. I would recommend this place for two adults. The kitchen was supplied with enough pots and pans for a simple meal

Our trip was wonderful. Weather was great and the property was just as described. There was also a sweet anniversary note and a little treat left to will welcome us! What a nice surprise. Very thoughtful.

This condo was more wonderful than described! Every little detail for a comfortable stay was taken care of. Clean, comfortable, easy access to gorgeous beach, restaurants and drinks. I hope in the future we can rent a few condos in the same building for a family reunion. But for now, my husband and I will be returning to this exact property for our trips down from NC to South Florida. My words and few pics can't adequately describe our experience with this stay. I'm just so thankful we found it!

We stayed here on a work-cation. The location was amazing, easy on and off the beach and a quick drive downtown, to the grocery store or anything else you need. We used the bikes to check out the area, explore fort clinch and get to the tennis courts. The internet was strong enough for both of us to work during the day. We loved it here and would definitely return.

This was a very comfortable conveniently located apartment well stocked with needed items to do some basic cooking. Parking was convenient to the elevator. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was as pictured in the photos. There was quick and easy communication with the rental agency. Please note that if you are unable to do stairs the only way to access the pictured boardwalk is to climb stairs, There is a Main Beach park within easy walking distance without stairs. It is very close to Fort Clinch, Egan's Greenway and not far from the downtown area. Parking downtown is ample and free either on the street or in numerous lots.

This is very well maintained property and wonderful place to stay. Everything was very convenient and well stocked. The view and beach were wonderful. Convenient to some nice restaurants.

What a great place and perfect location! We just happened to pick a perfect week- because the building was practically empty except for us! It was so quiet! The condo had everything provided that I needed. I brought items I didn’t need to… we loved walking right to the beach! Had a great time riding the provided bikes all around the neighborhood and into town. I think I want to live here now… ! Highly recommend!

Pictures on the VRBO site were right on to the actual thing. The condo was immaculately cleaned. Our stay was so enjoyable. Having the bikes to ride was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend this condo. Only thing that I would change would be to update the restrooms with the high rise toilets. 😂

This was one of the nicest, cleanest, well appointed condos we have ever stayed in. Right on the beach with several restaurants just out the front door. We had a great 6 days there and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent property in one of the best areas of Fernandina Beach! It is close to downtown and Fort Clinch, and the beach area on the north end is quiet and peaceful. The condo was exceptionally clean, and I am very picky! I wore socks, no shoes, in the condo, and my sock bottoms were still clean! Everything was perfect when I arrived, and it was very easy to find and get in the unit. The balconies on the side like this one are actually much better than the ones facing the ocean because not only do you still have an excellent ocean view, but they are covered and shaded, and provide more privacy. I also loved having a big tub and took advantage of this with several great baths! The beach chairs provided are very nice and a great perk to have. I also loved using the bikes. We rode into Fort Clinch and had a great time! The condo was incredibly spacious for the two of us. I also appreciated the excellent wi-if because I did have to do some work. This is a wonderful condo in a great building, and I am ready to come back and stay here again! Everything was thought of and provided! Also, don’t miss eating at Timoti’s downtown for lunch or dinner and at The Patio Place for Breakfast or lunch.
