My friends and I have stayed at this property 2 years in a row and plan to be back as long as it’s available! It is absolutely huge and fits our needs perfectly! Jason is a great host and check in and out is zero stress. The location is perfect- within walking distance to Oaklawn and just off Central enough to be in a quiet area. We love this property!

Up on arrival we discovered that the front area and the garage was not clean or appeared to have not been cleaned for a while in the garage was leaves and the Chinese lady bugs everywhere. There were leaves at the back entry, so we looked for a broom and there was not one. The back deck had leaves all over it the pool had not been cleaned in week dirt in the bottom. Leaves and dirt on the bottom deck area and the decks needed to be attended to like painting. This house is dated and has not been upgraded, plumping is in need of attention drains back up when you are bathing or showering, The floors were dirty, there was dirt in the bathroom and one bed had mice droppings under the sheets. Wi-fi does not work in back bedroom upstairs. Kitchen did not have a pot or pan that we would use to cook with. Up on emptying the trach can in the kitchen it had mold and old food in the bottom which is why the smell was in the kitchen. We called Jason the property manager about the draining issue and a person came to the home and stated that there was no link and that the drain issue would not be fixed today. There for we cut our stay short by one day and when we call to see if we could get reimbursed for cutting our stay and for the issue that we had endured we were told that they would make a note of our concerns. We have pictures that we sent to the manager. This could be a beautiful home, but it has not been well maintained for several years. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME.

The outside is older but inside is unique. It was very clean inside and we were comfortable. Jason went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We enjoyed the visit. If you have a large groups this is an amazing house.

Best location for the races. Plenty of rooms. I do wish the bed downstairs was a queen not a full. They should switch the full size bed with one of the queens in the room with 2 beds.

verry dissatisfied with the condition of the facility, the swimming pool were unsanitary and could use, ants in the kitchen, television not working, Bed sheets very gritty, non -working refrigerator in main Kitchen, unsanitary furniture in the upper family room, Debris in garage, foul order throughout house and unsanitary carpet, no internet, Blinds damage in serval rooms, workers working on premises while we were on the property, and wanted to send out someone top exterminate the house, etc. we were told Alex's that upon our leaving on 08/26/2022 I would be refund a full refund, which i have not receive yet, and is still waiting for my refund thank you. Love this house!!! So close to everything. It was lacking kitchen items. Needed to have a deep clean. But for our family we had a great time. We had so much space for everyone. We had 3, 15 year olds and 1, 18. 2, 20 year olds. And then us. I would completely recommend this house for a large family. The pool was great! The house was so large we played hide and seek!! Great family memories.

It was dirty and lots of things were broken. I would like to be compensated for the three hours of cleaning we had to do and the ants we had to deal with.

Checking was good. House was not clean, items left in fridge, only 3 TVs in the house only 2 worked. 1 of the beds are broken in the downstairs. Chair in living has all the leather peeled off of it. BBQ grill outside has cigarette butts in it. House wasn't cleaned from guest to the next. Beds were very comfortable.
