The property is convenient for everything but difficult to check in and the inside of the property is lacking - old furniture and Madeira Beach has gone downhill over the years.

The property was great for the price and in the perfect location. However the guest bedroom door knob/lock was broken and taped with quite a bit of packaging tape. My children got stuck in the room TWICE when they closed the door. It took 5 minutes the first time and 20 minutes the second time to get the door open! They were in a panic. I recommend this be fixed ASAP.

For the price I thought it was fair. None of the tvs are smart tvs, the locks on the doors are old and need replaced and Some of the dinning room chairs had rips in them .On our first night the kids discovered there was tape on the lock in their room, being kids they took it off so they could lock their little sister out and they ended up getting locked inside and we couldn’t open the door. Thankfully it had a window so they were able to climb out. Maintenance was able to come that night and get it open but couldn’t fix it completely because he said it was so old. He put more tape on the door and said the office would call the next day to schedule a time to come fix it completely well they never called. We at least able to use the door but annoying they never called to come fix. The location of the property was very nice, right on the beach and the pool was nice too. For the price we paid we would probably stay again if we find ourselves in the area again

I would like to start out by saying I waited a week to leave a review so that I could really think over what I was going to say. I know how helpful reviews are to me when searching for VRBO, so I wanted to be thorough. I will start by saying there was NO communication with the property manager... NONE. I had messaged the day of our trip to see if we could check in 1 hour early and received no response. I went to the office when we arrived to see about speaking with someone and the gentleman (who informed me he was the property owner's father, and only worked customer service) was EXTREMELY frustrated and short. He wasn't even willing to talk with me at first, then when I apologized for notably bothering him, he seemed to realize that he was dealing with a client, and changed his tune... a little. The gentleman stated the condo was not clean and we would be contacted via the VRBO messenger when we could check in. (I now find this odd as the cleaning lady showed up at 9:25 AM, 1/2 hour before check out the day we were leaving.) We waited across the street at a bar/restaurant until I received a message at exactly 3 pm (check-in time) that our condo was ready. My previous message regarding an early check-in was never even addressed or acknowledged. When we arrived at the condo, I was less than impressed, to say the least! The old car passes were on the counter, garbage left behind the beds, ONE very small bar of soap in the bathrooms to wash our hands (for 5 days), and ONE garbage bag in the kitchen. I had to pull lightbulbs from the chandelier in the dining area as there weren't any in the closet lamp or the guest bathroom. When I say there wasn't a lightbulb, that doesn't mean it was burnt out, there literally wasn't one in the socket. There were no condo instructions or "rules" anywhere to be found, not even in the email that was sent to me. The furniture was so old and worn that we had to put pillows under the cushions so we could comfortably sit without sinking, and the recliner had holes in the fabric. The headboard in the bedroom was so rickety that every time we moved, it sounded like it was going to fall off. Once we moved it away from the wall, we found all of the garbage behind the bed. Considering we were paying more than $300 per day, I expected at least simple household items. Despite the shatty conditions inside the condo, I will say the location was nice, and it was within walking distance to local attractions.

I guess I'm spoiled by all the other places we've stayed but there were no coffee filters or paper towels, usually they leave you a small amount. We arrived on a holiday and stores were closed. Someone already mentioned poor condition of furniture and I agree: couches well used, dining chair and recliner have torn fabric on seats. Due to someone's error in the office we did not get our check-in instructions until minutes before our arrival, STRESSFUL! With some minor changes this could be a 5 star VRBO. One more thing, the blinds in the bedroom that cover the sliding door did not work so no view of the ocean :/

Convenient place to stay. Easy access to the beach.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who attends the University of Tampa. Thus place was absolutely perfect! An easy drive to see him and a great beach spot. Hopefully, we can stay again in the spring!

Clean and comfortable condo, perfect for a family with 2 kids. The kids loved having thier room with the twin beds and mom and dad enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom with the king size bed. We love this location as it is within walking distance to the fun shops/restaurants at John's Pass, so no having to deal with driving and parking. The beach is lovely and just steps away.

A great smaller condo for a short beach stay. Perfect location right on the beach with tons of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Property was well maintained for an older building.

Only downer was the pull out couch for my son was broken and dirty. Only update really necessary. Location is awesome!

We have stayed in several locations up & down the St Pete coast. This was on par with most, but they need to give up on that furniture in the living room. Even small children had a hard time on that pull out mattress. It kept falling through the frame and there was no decent place for anyone to sit because everything is so broken down. The owner needs to put the living room furniture out to the trash.

It was very nice place to stay with my family.Very easy checking in and out.The property is close to the beach. Everything is in walking distance. The furniture could be updated but overall it is highly recommended place to go .
