The luxury, the kitchen plates and cutlery were gorgeous. The whole experience were amazing.

See through door into bathroom upstairs. Not good for our teenage children as we had two boys in one room and the girls in the other.

The place and the environment are a perfect match
My ceiling had a leak and I found the floor covered in water. It was attended quickly the following morning and the swimming pool was dirty because it was not sealed

There was a party promotion close by and there was noise. There were people from outside and we felt uncomfortable.

The Villa was very nice. Unit 8002. Rooms were clean and modern with a TV in each room and another in the lounge area. Beds were comfortable with aircon throughout. No issues with loadshedding as they have an automated generator. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Zimbali is a lovely resort with a multitude of pools and restuarants troughout. Zimabli is located very close to the main shopping areas of Ballito.
Our unit was located next to the main hotel pool which plays vibey upbeat music from around 11am to 11pm. It wasnt too invasive but could be heard inside the unit. Annoying if you want an afternoon nap. Could be a positive for the right group!

Facilities and pool were great!
Cleaning staff was not very friendly or accommodating in changing cleaning times especially because we had to be out of the house during cleaning times and it was early in the morning.
