We absolutely loved the LOCATION of this condo. It was perfect for a child free week away for our 17th anniversary, but the location is the only positive it had going for it. We will most definitely not be booking this specific room again. The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the sink, the comforter had several dirty spots on it, and the curtains had some kind of grossness on both sides. I opened the cabinet to a mug covered in coffee stains that could easily be washed off. We never used any of the dishes or the kitchen equipment. I reported the issues to the property manager, and there was no quick response. We went two nights without receiving clean bedding. Thankfully I had a throw blanket in my vehicle we used. After I sent a text on the evening of our second day asking about clean bedding I was told that a clean comforter had been left at out door earlier that morning. No communication had been attempted to let me know it was there. I was told “I had someone by there today and no one was there. We don’t like entering units due to people not like it happening. I have have one placed in a bag and just left at the door”. We were in and out of our condo several times that day, and the comforter had been left at the wrong unit. I did not even receive a message to let me know they would be bringing anything by, or that something had been left. When I let the property manger know this i received once again no response. We woke up the third morning to a blanket being left in a trash bag at out door, with once again no message or call to tell us it was being left. The unit is severely run down. The jet tub had a Gatorade bottle taped to the faucet with duct tape, and there were several areas of duct tape on the bottom as well as having a spatula taped down. No clue what was going on there. Even if the tub had been working I doubt we would’ve used it. The jets seemed to be covered in dirt and build up. Poor management and poor cleaning. Like I said, the only thing this place had going for it was the location.

As with other reviews, Location is great. Otherwise the unit was very disappointing. While ‘technically’ the listing was accurate, it is what they leave out of the listing that is what is important and most disappointing. Towels were provided (only 2 for each person for a week). The ‘jetted soaking tub’ was a monstrosity and, in my opinion, looked to be a germ and bacteria haven. There was hanging space in a closet. But a tall, plastic, shelving unit was also in the closet with items stored all on it, rendering any hanging space useless. In addition, there was no drawer space where you could place clothes, so you basically had to live out of your suitcase which had to be laid out on the floor. (As usual in Florida, there were Florida bugs so keep that in mind with your clothes lying in your suitcase on the floor) Suggestion: a small dresser could be added for a minimal investment from a yard sale. The only seating, other that the bed, were two metal stools at what looked like, a poorly crafted DIY bar. You had to sit or lay on the bed to watch tv. Suggestion: Space and comfort would be better served by tearing out the bar and adding a small table and chair set, that could be purchased, again, for next to nothing at any yard sale. My opinion is that most all these issues have been repeated in other reviews, but the owners have not made any concession to improve the comfort of the renters, even at the small cost of the few items suggested. Would not stay in this unit again or at any property from this host.

The location of this property is superb. Unfortunately this property has had no updates in probably decades. It definitely needs to be updated and refreshed! Also, whoever cleans this unit has not been on top of their job. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty and there was no dish soap to wash them, floors were sandy when we arrived, I dropped something on floor and had to look under the bed…… it was disgusting, curtains in bathroom are threadbare (and this looks into other doorways), wires hanging everywhere. Bed was very uncomfortable. Just dark and gloomy.
