Débora hat uns herzlichst empfangen und sich ausreichend Zeit genommen, uns alles im Haus zu zeigen. Zudem hat sie uns mit tollen Lebensmitteln versorgt, die einem den ersten Tag auf der Insel deutlich erleichtern. Brot und Honig waren von höchster Qualität. Des Weiteren hat Débora uns wertvolle Tips für die Insel bzgl. Essen und Sightseeing mitgegeben und war auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das Haus bietet einen überragenden Ausblick, sowohl auf das Meer mit Blick auf Horta, als auch auf Mount Pico vom Schlafzimmer aus. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, ausreichend Kissen, schöne Decke und ein wundervolles Panorama auf Mount Pico. Die Küche ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber, also man kann sich wirklich nur wohlfühlen.

Was wir jedoch bedauert haben, ist definitiv die fehlende Spülmaschine. Eine Spülmaschine erleichtert einem, insbesondere im Urlaub , das Leben deutlich. Das WLAN hat bei zwei Geräten teilweise schwache Übertragung. Das Wasser wurde kalt, wenn man nacheinander geduscht hat.

PicoTerrace is a very speacial und unique place to stay at! The view of the sea in the front and Pico mountain in the back of the house is unbeatable! The house is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend to stay there when visiting Pico!

Very friendly and helpful staff; location and view wonderful; house layout and space great; breakfast items were left in the fridge for us which was very helpful.

The bed was extremely hard making it difficult to sleep. Four of the dining room chairs were too low while 2 were fine. The view was great but you couldn't really hang out on the outdoor patio because of the wind and lack of cover / shade.

The view was breathtaking, and the location so quiet! Bed was comfortable, large bathroom with jetted tub, kitchen had everything needed, especially the washing machine for clothes!

From the first WhatsApp msg I got from the property manger (Debora), until we checked out two days after we were completely blown away from the place, its location (between a volcano and the most beautiful sunsets ever), the hospitality and level of careness, all the extra tourist info we received from Debora and the prime facility itself, this is by far the highest quality of accommodations I found through Booking. Just wow. Yam

Incredibly beautiful place! amazing views (to the sea and mountain) and sunsets. Perfectly designed, clean, and equipped apartment. Deborah the manager was extremely helpful with tips and anything we needed. We highly recommend staying in PicoTerrace which made our vacation in the fun Pico island even more great 🙂

The view is beautiful, view of the water on one side of the house and the Pico mountain on the other. In a beautiful area and the decor inside was perfect! The staff were amazing and overall we would definitely come back this is the perfect spot to stay in Pico!

Could use a second bathroom, was a bit tough with only one. Could also use a drying machine as there is only a washing machine and drying rack

The house is just amazing. Really stylish and with the best view (by far!) in Pico.
