Friendly staff, good sized bed & comfortable. Lovely bathroom
The pillow were very flat & well used could do with new ones.
Also a wedding on the night we stayed & everyone on the bottom floor where we were the noise was extremely loud with shouting.

Staff were friendly and efficient, had dinner in the bar, food was lovely but bar was cold. Room clean and warm. Had breakfast in the bistro , eggs benedict were very tasty but again the room was cold. Would recommend the hotel to friends 😊

Le rathkeale house hotel est un bel hôtel situé à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. L'accueil y est sympathique, les chambres confortables et il propose de nombreuses commodités dont un pub, un restaurant et un espace Lounge. L'espace lounge serait cependant plus chaleureux si la belle cheminée était utilisée, car e l'état il est un peu froid. Un bon rapport qualité/prix et une bonne base pour visiter le comté de Limerick.
Rathkeale n'est pas un village très vivant, il faut aller à Adare pour trouver un restaurant autre que celui de l'hôtel.

They changed our room to a newly renovated and it was somewhat cleaner. Plenty of parking space. Good location.

We were greeted by Ann who was a lovely person. She was very Friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely, everything we needed was there. The food is very keenly priced and was absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Plenty of seating to enjoy a comfortable relaxation time. All over a brilliant stay and will definitely be going back.
There was nothing I didn't like. Couldn't find a single fault.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. No road noise near the property. Spacious room. Greenway started near the hotel.
Food was quite expensive in the hotel restaurant and there was a mistake with our order.

Great location. Close to where we wanted to spend time. Bathrooms were nice.
Poor staffing. No one around to ask questions pre booking. Mattresses were old and not comfortable. Pillows poor quality. Guests want a good night's sleep and though renovations are in the works, the basics should not be overlooked. No breakfast because staff did not show up. Other customer's dog was allowed to run through lobby. Huge stain on ceiling tile in hallway outside room. Overall, the hotel looked like it is not well taken care of. Lobby looks inviting, but room details need upgraded.

Breakfast didnt start till 8am. We had to leave at 07:30. I was told our rate didnt incl Breakfast anyway which surprised me. But they did give us a free take away coffee which was nice.

Very nice hotel, professional and welcoming staff, our room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was very convenient that hotel's restaurant was open all the day, we had a late lunch and breakfast there, food was tasty and served quickly. We really liked the garden and all the hotel's facilities. This is an excellent value for money, we were fully satisfied with our stay.

The bedroom is really a good size, the TV in the room is great too, the mirror in the bathroom is really nice.
The locks was fixed with one tape.

The check-in process took too long, the room wasn't made up, even though we got there on the evening. The bar closed early.

The staff at reception were lovely, the bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfy. Water and tea selection provided and plenty of towels and PowerPoints.
The noise levels were unacceptable, got no sleep at all, music blaring out from room above and loud shouting til 4am, curtain rail broken and 1window with no curtain. No hairdryer. We didn't stay for food. Nothing at all in the town. So disappointed.

Staff very friendly nothing was a problem.
We also had a Carvery which was excellent would most definitely stay again
