Plenty of space for a family stay to explore London by local transport. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Free parking in the property. Shopping facilities nearby.
Unfortunately, some previous guests did not respect the smoking ban, so it smelled of smoke especially in the living room. The flat would need minor repairs, e.g. the loose tap on the kitchen sink or the wobbly bathtub when showering standing up.

close to the train station. great wifi
1) Broken toilet which did not get fixed after letting the owner know.
2)property located close to a half way house for drug addicts. these people were swearing, fighting and urinating outside the property. We didn’t feel safe walking down the street with kids.
3) Owner was extremely condescending and chose to reprimand us instead of calmly assisting us when we notified her of misplacing the keys, (which we found again later). our dealings with her was thoroughly unpleasant!

Very spacious, clean and ideal for a family. It is a short walk to train station to access London and 5 mins walk from Croydon town.

The floor carpet and upper room
Room down needs some better bed sheets and bed covers. Wall drop was cheap stuff and dress hangers were not standard in the down room. Also the WC is TOO OLD and needs to be replaced. I don't think it cost that much to replace a WC for business

The location was excellent, very near to the station. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The rooms had good internet connectivity and furniture.

Sure they would have fixed it immediately if I had asked.
I wish I had known when booking that the flat was spread out over three floors. I had read that guests weren’t allowed- I thought it was due to Covid
But it’s really because of the downstairs neighbors. The same neighbors who park their cars so that it’s difficult
To get to the lock box and also to bring luggage into the front door.
It would be nice to have had a fan- especially for the bedroom on the top floor.
The flat was located a bit further from the train station than I had thought (not the owners fault clearly)and there is no shop nearby(also not the owners fault but a shame).
A couple of little things that would have been nice- fresher sponge and not watered down washing up liquid in the kitchen.

This apartment was lovely. We were there over the Christmas holidays and the hosts were kind in providing decorations. Wifi was excellent. Rooms large and comfortable. Great TV for watching films with the inclement weather. Location very good with multiple supermarkets, shopping and restaurants within an easy walk as is the train to central London (only 15 min to London Bridge) Beds were good and it had both bath and shower with loads of hot water. Kitchen large and we used it a lot. Also had a washer and a dryer which was very useful. Would recommend especially for a home away from home holiday.
Was wet and cold when we arrived and we had to call when we checked in to get key from box as our code didn't work but it was immediately sorted. Heating really works but we worked out how to turn down. Perhaps because apartment is upstairs and also receives the heat from the lower apartment. My only disappointment - we had requested and received a later check-out time of noon. The hosts sent an email the afternoon before we left to rescind this. We had to be out by 11 which is only an hour but we had already made all arrangements for transport to Gatwick, etc. which we had to change. Found this inconsiderate of the hosts.

Great location for East Croydon station, town centre and London. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfy. The hosts are very friendly and easy to contact.
We had a great start, then the boiler broke followed by the fridge. However, Dainora was really helpful and fixed both promptly. It was just a bad timed run of luck.

This is a lovely apartment, excellently located. All the rooms are big and spacious. Great place for a family stay. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

there was nothing to like. everything was amazing. however, there was a little issue with the sink in the toilet as the pipes may need to be cleared. other than that, everything is great!

Location was great easy to find, flat is spotless and lots of space it felt like a home from home. Great value for money will deffo stay again.
