Not the smoothest check in due to difficulty communicating to the apartment

The privacy that was accorded to us after we had arrived was very welcome after such a tiresome drive. The food was good even though it took some time to prepare and serve. We enjoyed the food a lot! The room was cleaned for us in record time despite the break in communication between Booking.com and the facility. The welcoming staff was considerate and professional.

The WiFi was unreliable. The shower doors were a problem to close.

Entire spacious apartment for very good value. Modern facilities and good WiFi while being close proximity to the airport. Nelly met us at the location and helped trouble shoot the WiFi when it needed a reboot.

We came at night for a Short layover post safari before our flight the next morning. A friend picked us up from the airport which was good as we would have had difficulty finding the place and it was intimidatingly dark at night. I would recommend that the host posts possible airport transfer information (contact for a trusted driver and map). Was also slightly further from food options or groceries so stock up if you don’t have a car.

Our host Nelly was really helpful, she found us a driver and gave us a tour of the apartment on arrival.
