La habitación muy cómoda, hermosa, tranquila con su televisión y cable, realmente llegaba a descansar y ver un poco de televisión.
El costo del desayuno.

El desayuno no aplicaba a la estadía. Era un extra.
La localización es excelente.
Las habitaciones necesitan estar mejor selladas. Se escucha el ruido de afuera un poco. El WiFi era deficiente.

Water was lukewarm. The breakfast was very basic.

The location close to the square and right across the street from the church was great, the open courtyard in the hotel was really nice, but our hostess, Rosalba, really made it a great experience. I ended up getting a little sick and she really went above and beyond to help out, I can’t say enough about the service.

small centrally located property just off the main square. brilliant staff and good sized rooms.
Hot shower was electric and only able to heat at a slow rate. Set in a courtyard so privacy reduced especially with lights on, blinds had to be down. church bells in the mornings.

the staff was very nice and the hotel setting was quite cute
the only down side were the church bells rings very hour even during the night, but we came prepared with hear plugs.

The woman in the reception was very friendly!!! So kind and helpful! We love her, she make us feel welcome!!

Excellent location next to the cathedral close to restaurants and adventure activities. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Lovely courtyard gives a sense of openness. Service with a smile.

Excellent location, hotel was recently renovated so everything was fairly new. Staff was very accommodating, special thanks to Rosalba who made sure our trip was really enjoyable
If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel…as it’s name says it “El Campanario” it’s right next to the town’s main cathedral so the church bells go off every hour even at night. However, we were so exhausted from exploring all day that we didn’t even hear them some times

Very comfortable hotel with polite staff and located in the city center. Really recommended in Xmas time to enjoy all the amazing lights in the Main Square.

The location was great except for the church
The church bells rang all night long. And the alarm went off on the hotel at night & they couldn’t fix it until the next morning

The decor of the room is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The towels are high quality also. It is in a good quiet location off the main square. You can easily walk to rafting, Parque Gallineral, and the bus station.
The room was a little stuffy since there was only a fan and no AC. The breakfast should be included like most hotels in Colombia.

Nice decoration. Great location, comfortable beds, peaceful when there isn't loud people talking outside your room. Friendly staff. Gave us a late checkout.
