The hotel and room were beautiful. Breakfast was great. Personnel was great, too.

There was only one person at the front desk during the first and second days we were there in the middle of Spring break. I felt bad for the lady at the front desk as there was a long line of people waiting to check in and she was visibly overwhelmed. She was still nice to everyone and doing her job. The pool is on the small side for such a big hotel. The photos were misleading.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were spacious.

Needed blanket for sofa bed and couldn’t make call down to guest services because phones were disconnected and needed to charge. Also requested 3 rooms to be located next to each other but we have were spread out pretty far and some of us were even on a different floor

Breakfast was good, good selection of breads, fruits, juices, etc.

Parking

The room was nice.

The breakfast is ok but at 8:45am the variety was some limited. Lack of information about WiFi and TV services.

Fantastic location. Very elaborate facility. Awesome happy hour especially when you have Quan in the serving staff!! Thanks buddy for making it fun! We will definitely visit again!! It was at a walking distance from river front and also to the tram.

I loved the location of the hotel & the ambiance is luxurious. Valet is super helpful upon arrival & it is a very nice touch. Hotel was clean. The hotel restaurant, The Corazon is 10/10. The food & drinks are great! The hotel breakfast was pretty good too.

The hotel staff could provide a softer customer service approach but the restaurant staff was awesome. They were very helpful & accommodating.

The free breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was really nice, room and facilities were clean and tidy. Location was perfect

Everything is so expensive. Parking is valet only and cost , the room rates are high!
