Loved the space and bedding arrangements, multiple shower/toilets. Beautiful home
Not much parking but we made it work

poor comms pre-event, access code wasn’t sent, had to chase last minute and then the code didn’t work. was resolved in the end but could have better process in place for guests.

Loved the location of this property, all the essentials were provided and the host was brilliant at communicating and making sure that we’re comfortable. Even though the house was divided into 3 dwellings, we couldn’t hear others. It was super private. Superb place for large family to stay. We will definitely come back for future stays, specially in summer.

Lovely spot right on the sea front in Tauranga. Huge rooms with great beds & linen. Exceptional large TV & great owners information fir the stay.
Needs a makeover x100, as compared to the joining other 2 properties this one needs attention.
A stand-alone Sky service would be ideal as we had issues connecting the ABs test match, as it continued to switch off during the game.

Property is right on the waters edge yet still close to town. Can sit and watch the tide change.
