The bed and Tv was nice

The bathroom was not clean , hair, footprints in the shower etc, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it . And the room smelled of fish .

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel, seriously? Jimmy Dean sausage and egg Pattie’s? Fried eggs and nothing to put with them? The fruit was old. Great facility you’d think they’d do more.

The way my reservation was handled. I booked a king room, when we got there all of them we’re sold out, no apology or can we fix it? Price was the same. Front desk person wasn’t very friendly. Most of the time the front desk wasn’t manned and we had to wait.

Overall stay was good

Location is ok, it’s behind another hotel and somewhat difficult to find because of that but it’s close to the freeway. The room we stayed in was clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel.

We booked a two Queen with a sofa bed suite, there was no sofa bed and therefore not enough beds for us. We approached the front desk about the mix up and were told nothing could be done because there was no manager until Monday (this was Friday) we could stay in the room we were given or leave and try to be reimbursed later. When we asked for more blankets, because children now needed to sleep on the floor, we were given 2 sheet sets one pillow and one blanket. We went back to the front desk to get a pillowcase, a second pillow and another blanket, we were given another 2 sheet sets. Yet a third trip yielded another sheet set. There was also a $75 dollar pet fee that was not mentioned during booking or check in, only while walking in with the dog. While a pet fee is hardly surprising, one that is over half the cost of the room is.
