We liked the way things were set up, the convenience, and accessibility

A couple rooms had dirty bed sheets and seen roaches coming in to the trash can in the kitchen.

The size of the property met or needs.

This could have been a great place to stay however, many problems arose beginning with the first night. A dinning room chair broke while a guest was eating dinner. Then more chairs broke during our stay. The kitchen sink will leak a puddle in the cabinet. They didn’t believe us when we told management. One refrigerator never made ice and the other one didn’t get very cold in the refrigerator area. Neither icemaker worked correctly so we had to keep buying ice. There were no washcloths in the entire house. When asked, we were told they don’t provide the washcloths, only hand towels and towels. That was never explained ahead of time. Who provides linens but just not washcloths? The sheets in several rooms were dirty. A couple guests had to wash their sheets before they slept in the beds. I was also under the assumption that the grill was part of the rental. Oh no…. That is an additional $70 that if you call and ask about it, they automatically just charge your credit card the $70 and give you a code to unlock a lock on it. The furniture is in very poor shape. Needs to be reupholstered or flat out replaced. The rug in the main living area is rolling up on all 4 corners which will cause all your guests to constantly trip while you are there. Bring your own cookware. There is only a couple pots and two pans, which are grimy. Not much to cook with for such a big house and kitchen?!?! Not much seating outside and extremely small pool for such a large house. The pictures are very misleading. Keep in mind we kept in touch with management the entire time and let them know about the problems yet now that I am home they are trying to keep my deposit because of the broken chair. This was a horrible experience mostly because of the misleading information and the rude management that doesn’t fix anything. We didn’t ask for compensation despite the horrible experience. How dare they keep my deposit!!! BEWARE..stay elsewhere!!

Space, Bedroom and Private Bathroom , and Location

We wasn’t able to check in at 4pm due to staff still cleaning. We check in almost 5:45 pm and the home still wasn’t clean. We didn’t get reimbursed for that. But we had to confirm the check in/ out times.

We really enjoyed our stay here I would Definitely book again 😊

The home and size was great

Promises made and wasn't done some tvs didn't work charge you for using grill the that is supposed to come with your home ac unit keep going out no towels call and requested them the first night never got them so I will never stay here again but they will probably want to send me a payment request for this too.

Delays in reponse from communications. No call back as promised when you have a problem

Leaks. Small pool. Slow wifi not enough tv channs

I paid for heating of the pool but the water was not heated. I kept on complaining but the property manager insists until now that there was nothing wrong with the heater. I tried to swim once and the water was COLD. I’m now asking for a refund of the heating fee but the property manager still insists that the heater was working. the maintenance man came once and just said he will file a report. if the water was heated, why will he file a report? The living room set has seen better days. The upholstery needs to be changed. The kitchen was poorly stocked up. There were only 2 pots and 1 pan. Not enough to cook for 26 people.
