We loved our stay at this house! It was very spacious for our whole group, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The setting is amazing with the pool, hot tub and canal view. Having TV’s in every room was also a huge plus. We would definitely return! Great house!

Lots to enjoy. The location is quiet. Close to any necessities. The pool and hot tub were on point. This was the family’s fifth year headed to Cape Coral. We are all in agreement that this location exceeded our expectations. This will be a property we will book again.

I was down with a crew for work and this house was great. With the recent hurricane we weren’t sure what to expect but it worked out great for us given the circumstances. The owners and property manager were very helpful.

We were able to cook in the large kitchen and the space was big for our entire family. I loved the beach near Boathouse restaurant and the sunset was just out of this world.

By far the best experience I have had in an air b&b. The location was excellent the place had it all and there wasn’t a bother in the world. The host was accesible and it was just an amazing stay with my family. We are planning to go back and stay there again. I hope the price stays the same after this review lol. We found a cigarette but in the pool. The vent in the living room on the ceiling was really gross and dusty. The house cleanliness was ok. It definitely could’ve been cleaned up better. The instructions to find the lock box could’ve been better, maybe show a photo next time. We got to the house at 3 but the cleaning guy was still there and told us 4, so there’s some lack of communication there. At one point the A/C stopped working for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a good location, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We loved the pool and hot tub and used it every day. The beds were comfortable. The house is spacious and overall well stocked. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. March is a very busy time of year due to school spring breaks, so traffic was quite heavy with long lines of cars when trying to go Sanibel or Ft. Myers beach area. We are nature lovers. We enjoyed J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife refuge on Sanibel. We also enjoyed Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve in Ft. Myers. We saw manatees at Sirenia Vista park. We had great dinner at Harold's in Ft. Myers. Most of all, we enjoyed the warm weather and sunshine. It was always relaxing to come back to the house and hang out at the pool.

We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the outside area was a major highlight. The outdoor tv was a big plus and we also put the corn hole set to use a quite a few times. It was also a nice surprise to find that 3 of the bedrooms had king size beds. There’s a lot of tall people in our family and it was so nice to not have to fight over rooms. Great experience!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Home was well decorated & welcoming. Check in and check out were a breeze and Dwayne the guest contact was very helpful! Watching some of the Olympic games on the 75" TV was super cool! (not to mention the sound bar doubles as a blue tooth speaker!) Between beach trips we enjoyed the pool and grilling pool side. To bad our vacation had to end. 5 STAR HOME!

What an amazing stay that our family had! The home was spotless and the amenities abundant, the kids spent every minute in the pool while I wish we would have brought our boat as the home has a dock on the canal (next time for sure)! The home was close to many of the planned activities we had (Sanibel Island) and also short drive to some amazing seafood restaurants. Already looking forward to visiting again real soon. My fife and three kids all had one of the most relaxing times we have ever had. We even forgot what day it was at one point... The house was close to the grocery store, very clean, well decorated, and in working order. We found our selves enjoying the deck on the water, as well as taking advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was very nice to find a nice gas grill and Keurig coffee maker. This was a plus for me, because I do a lot of grilling and can not function without my French Roast in the mornings... We really liked the fact that we were close to Isabel Island; we strongly recommend this beach. It had a white sandy beach and a lot of great restaurants with the best grouper sandwiches I have ever had. In fact, most of the restaurants had fresh fish and we took full advantage... Overall, this was a great time because the house was big enough, in great condition, had boat access, and kayaks with a great pool. It was close to the beach, and was surrounded by good restaurants in a clean, safe area. If we didn't feel like doing anything we just enjoyed hanging out in the pool or hot tub or relaxing inside or playing a lot of board games... In the mornings we found a lot of good walking sidewalks and enjoyed looking at the other beautiful homes as well. One night we even went bowling at a local place. Thank you for a vacation that was three years overdue. We could have stayed longer if we did not have to get back to work. Kind regards.

There were 5 adults all over 65 that stayed at this property. I was impressed because passed ratings were all 5 stars. After staying there and paying $$$$/ night for a week I feel we were taken. VRBO should should crack down on how there company is represented. The neighborhood and setting of this property was great. Check in was great. The ad for this property provides toiletries and trash bags. Upon arrival there was no shower or hand soap, one trash bag (20gal), and only the left over toilet paper on the rolls. After 1 1/2 days of 7 days we were out of toilet paper for 5 adults. I called Duane and he told us they don’t provide that. Why advertise that you do. The bathroom showers were small and had black mold in all 3 bathrooms. The heated pool was not warmed up and we were not able to swim in it for an entire week. The TVs had only 4 channels and 1 TV did not work in one of the bedrooms. I went outside and the satellite dish was laying on the ground because the pole rusted off. How long do you think it had been since anyone checked around the house? There was visible wood rot on the back of the house. Outside trash on both sides of house. An old table umbrella on one side of house with 15 inches of grass growing over it? Closet door knocked off the wall and a cabinet door ripped off. Lights hanging off their position. Wall paint chipped off the walls in multiple areas. After 15 years of renting property this was my first disappointment through your company. This house did not represent a $$$$/night rental. To call this property a 5 star is a fantasy. I would give them a 1 1/2 star. I have all the pictures to back up my claims if you are interested in seeing them.

5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. This worked out great for our family of 4 adult couples, plus a nearly 3 year old, and a 10 month old. Also, my parents who winter in Florida came every day to spend time with us, then went home to sleep. The pool and dock provided great gathering spots for our family during a pandemic. We really just wanted to hang out together, and this was the perfect spot. Thanks for everything!

The property was a perfect, relaxing getaway for our little family reunion. The owner was helpful, the property manager was very kind and responsive, and we had the best time!

We were all very please with the property and my grandchildren loved the pool as we as having the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds. Found everything to be close by and accessable.

This is a very nice house to go and spend some time with family! We didn’t leave the house! Spacious and well distributed! Bbq area and pool/jacuzzi were excellent!!! Quiet neighborhood!
