We had a great time with the family for one last trip before summer is over. Kitchen could use a few more basic items like mixing bowls and cookie sheets, but overall we had a great and relaxing experience.

Microwave didn’t work Refrigerator took a long time to cool down Kitchen had minimal cooking items, no measuring cups. Would be nice to have basic spices. No dining table inside Floors were somewhat dirty

Booked the house for beach vacation with extended family. Host was very responsive and great at reaching out with reminders. House is in a great location for the beach without having to deal with big crowds or have to pay for parking.

Before leaving this review I did share these deep concerns with the property owner that made the stay difficult and very unpleasant. We were forced to unplug ALL of the smoke detectors in the entire home the first night due to them going off for over an hour after our 8 children (under the age of 11) were in bed at almost midnight. This included us having to go in the attic! Owner said maintenance would come the next am to address the situation and no one ever came so were left with no smoke detectors our entire stay which is unacceptable. Many plugs throughout the house don’t work. The towel holder in the downstairs bathroom was broken and not attached to the wall. The upstairs bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper holders at all. It appeared there was maintenance happening with all of the unfinished spots of spackle in the home. There were not efficient supplies in the kitchen like pots and pans and serving bowls to make simple meals. No utensils to cook on the grill. The wine fridge had pieces falling apart and was very dirty and sticky. The dishwasher simply doesn’t work and won’t use a soap pod at all. There were several window screens in the upstairs king room on the bed when we arrived that we had to move and that bed completely sinks into a V when sleeping in it. The bunk bed room had a ton of bugs in the beds which was super concerning! The sofa is falling apart with once section completely exposed so you would have to sit on foam you utilize that section. BEWARE!!

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, and spent a lot of time on dock fishing. Kids caught several. The only hiccup was that the codes were not sent ahead of time but host responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, I stayed in this area many times. This house could be a little cleaner but overall it was a wonderful stay. Host was great as well. We plan to be back!!!

This place was on point. We had the privacy that we desired. We were only twenty minutes from beach and restaurant. The mosquitoes were a challenge but that couldn’t be helped. Other then that we loved the place.

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my husband's aunt's birthday. It was absolutely wonderful. There were plenty of rooms, a beautiful main open area with the kitchen and family room. The view from the deck was just wonderful. We had the chance to walk along the boardwalk and fish...it was a great vacation. We appreciated the lower level breezeway to sit and visit and the downstairs bunk room was fantastic if there were enough people in our party to use them. The area would be great for teens. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in a private neighborhood. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family, providing endless entertainment. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the neighborhood boardwalk, perfect for leisurely strolls while admiring the picturesque surroundings. We appreciated the sense of privacy and security the area offered, making our stay even more relaxing. The host was warm and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. Highly recommend this charming getaway for a rejuvenating break!

We were so excited to stay in this beautiful, spacious house for a three day weekend while our kids went to prom. However, the house has a lot of damage (furniture broken, chipped walls, etc) and the owner was not friendly. He threatened to evict us just hours into our stay because a few moms were dropping off food and taking pictures of their kids before prom. We were such a respectful, honest group and I feel we were watched on their security cameras all weekend and not trusted which led to a less than peaceful stay. The views are beautiful and so is the space, but if you are looking to truly relax, I would NOT recommend. I’m disappointed in how the situation was handled overall and the threats of eviction we received along with the host sending security to threaten eviction as well.

This property has an incredible view. The house was spacious and so clean, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It was close to the beach and downtown activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed place. But couches is not clean and smalls.. French door at send floor and third floor needs to be re caulk. A lot of wind and rain comes through. King bed need to change, Other wise beautiful location and calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed. Thank you

This home is beautiful! There was not a single thing to complain about. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, each room having its own bathroom. The stocked, open kitchen allowed us to conveniently prepare food and conversate with family in the living room. To sit on the patio each morning to witness the breathtaking views were amazing. I recommend this house for your vacation.

This home was spectacular and didn’t disappoint in any aspect. The open floor plan and large sectional in the living room allowed for plenty of space for a large family. Breathtaking views from all decks. Enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by each morning. Excellent fishing all around this area. Our family looks forward to our next stay here. The host was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. Great rental!

Overall, we loved the property and the location, and we had a great time. However, the online listing was misleading as it stated that it had a 5th bedroom with bunkbeds. What we realized when we got there was that this was more of a 5 foot wide converted closet with a 3 bed bunkbed stack, giving the top bunk only a feet from the ceiling. The room was useless to us as it was actually part of the 4th bedroom, which meant we had to make other arrangements and some of the kids had to sleep on the floor. We got through it, and had a great time, but I believe the on line add needs to be more clear for future renters.

came down with another family and kids friends. Had a blast. Kids lived on the dock fishing and the views from 2nd floor balcony are beyond good. Wonderful weekend. We would rent again.

My experience at this property was horrible, we left early due to the excessive heat and the overwhelming smell of pesticides. The A/C was broken downstairs. The roaches would not go away, we killed 10 plus roaches and they kept coming out of the couches, kitchen area, stove, bedroom & refrigerator. We also noticed dead/smushed roaches against the door frames and walls throughout the home. The property manager did not follow up with any issues. I definitely would not recommend this place.
