The house was everything it was advertised.
It was for a Family Vacation (10 of us..ages from 2 to 63) on Columbus day weekend to visit the Mountains, Santas Village and Storyland
I would definately rent again..maybe in the Summer.

Overall our stay was great. The house has plenty of space for multiple guests. The home is well equipped with all the essentials you need, including games and a Xbox.
It is located centrally to N. Conway shops and restaurants and Mt. Washington activities. The basement level gives a great option for teen travelers.
There are some wear and tear, bed comfort, and bathroom shower size and plumbing issues that prevented a 5 star rating.

This us the second time we stayed at this home. We absolutely love everything about it! The location is perfect for us and we learned knew shortcuts to avoid traffic! The home is so comfortable and our grandchildren just loved staying there. It is very clean and accommodating and met all of our needs! Love staying here!

We had a wonderful time. Location is great!!! Close to storyland, the villages, trains and the White Mountain National park. The house was perfect. Had everything we needed for the week. Perfect get away😊. Thank you for letting us use the home.

We chose this home for a family gathering and it gave us plenty of room to be together as well as have privacy when desired. The pool and playground was just a short walk and great for the kids. I wanted to give a shout out to the condo association management team at this complex as well. While we were renting, Tropical Storm Isaias came through and delivered a microburst to the neighborhood, and a clean-up crew arrived within hours to help.

Family vacation
This property was perfect for an extended family. Having a pool at our disposal was perfect The accommodations has everything you could ask for. We are hoping to return next year!

Aside from a small leak in the roof during a storm, everything was great. House was spacious, clean and as good as advertised in the pictures. Great location and nice outdoor space.

It was a great location close to both North Conway and Attach Mount. Plenty of space for multiple families.

We had 13 people from an infant to grandparents and the house was perfect!!! The beds are very comfortable, there was plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked for a large group. The pool was just a short walk. We used the linen service that was perfect to. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like, its beautiful. The property management was very nice. We went to Story Land, the outlets, quaint North Conway, Diana's Bath. Everthing is a 10 min ride or less. We rented a boat at Lake Winnapauskee, that was 1 hour away. But well worth it. We can't wait to come back!

Fox Run 4th of July
Overall, we absolutely loved the house. It was spacious and the location was great! There was plenty of seating for dining purposes. We also enjoyed spending a day by the pool. The only issue that was disappointing, is that there were so many ants! We did not report it and it didn’t really spoil our stay but was rather just a nuisance. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place for 2 families and lots of kids if you have them
We have been coming to the Mount Washington Valley with 2 families (1 child apiece) for the last 10 years during school vacation week, and we have stayed in many different places. This unit was one of the best for overall space/comfort/value that we have stayed in. It could easily sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, etc. The basement entertainment room was a great spot for the kids to hang out and play video games.
I would make 2 suggestions to the owner that should be easy to take care of: first, it would be great to have a crock pot available for use; second, the upstairs loft should have a dresser or two for clothes. I also would make 2 other suggestions that would be harder to implement: first, the basement bathroom could use a shower; second, it would be great to have a hot tub.
The location was great, about a 10-minute drive to Cranmore, Black Mt and Attitash, and only a few minutes to the nearest Dunkin Donuts, overnight ski tuner and restaurants.

I took a group of 10 teens on a trip to N Conway. The immediately loved the house. Lovely design. Says townhouse, but is detached. Plenty of room for our group. Loft was hot. So we bought 2 more fans and left them upstairs. The pool was nice. All around great place.

This house is conveniently located. The pictures are representative. The house was clean, in good condition, comfortable and charming. The kitchen is very well equipped. The guys from Pinkham offered a good service and answered promptly to all my emails. My only negative comment is that the beds were not made and the toilet paper was not included.

We filled the house with 8 adults and five kids and it was a great space for that. the living/dining/kitchen area was spacious enough for all of us and the bedrooms worked out as well. The property is in great condition and clean. I wish we could have used the pool/tennis amenities if it wasn't for a few feet of snow (plowing service was excellent, too). Would definitely recommend.

The house and property was beautiful and in great condition. Pinkham was extremely great at communicating and response. My only negative comment, if you want to call it that, is that it advertises AC however I wish I knew it was only in two of the bedrooms and not in the main living area. It has been an extremely hot summer and I would have brought up an extra fan.
