The condo is cozy and a tad in need of maintenance but was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with our pups. The area is amazing with shops and restaurants right near the water. We were so tired we did not get to enjoy the sauna heated pool or workout area but would have 100% enjoyed it! It was clean and inviting looking. The people that live there were super friendly and the management was great. Maybe an emergency phone would be nice if you ever lock your self out of the condo with out your phone.

The garbage disposal did not work the TV would randomly go out the cable would randomly go out the fan in the bathroom is very loud but worst of all the refrigerator would make a noise that sometime lasted a day or two it was very hard to deal with. To be fair I did not report any of these problems I just worked around them. The condo itself besides the problem is very nice the pool and hot tub are excellent. I would stay here again. But I hope they would get these small issues figured out

I loved the price of this little condo. It is a little older and small, but clean and comfortable. I'ved stayed in this complex several times. It is super close to Whitecap Beach and any ammenities you'd need. The bed is very comfy. My sister elected to sleep on the pull out couch, which was not comfortable at all, but I don't know any pull out couches that are comfy! It would be ok for a child. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. However, if you think you might need plastic wrap or foil... bring it as there was none in the condo. You can't beat the price and I'd stay here again, but I'm gonna have to flip my sister for the bed!

Loved the fact that beach is only one block down the street. Great pool. Nice set up for the rooms and the place itself. Only had few inconveniences - parking is in inconvenient location and shortest path was 20-30 feet away on the grass. The other annoyance - the apartment has very strong mold smell but luckily we are not allergic to mold, and AC helped a little. We did find signs of mold overgrowth in the bathroom ceiling.

Was not easy to locate .
The info was not clear on how to find the place.
The info was sent after i called through email but by that time we had already located the place.
Also there was grime on the edges of the floor in bathroom and what looked like black mold in bathroom ceilng over the shower area.
The price was reasonable and the people were friendly

We had a second floor with more than enough space for 2 plus a dog. Clean space and great location. It's a short walk to one beach and quick trip.to the national seashore. Totally staying here again!

I found this listing through a few minutes search and booked it in under 15 minutes from creating an account and being verified. The location was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the view from the balcony over looking the beach cove. All in all will be recommending this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful little condo stay for the budget ☺️

The unit is nothing fancy, and for an entire day we did not have water due to a leak down the street. However, it was a good place to stay with it being so close to the beach. There are stickers everywhere in the grass surrounding the complexes, and the outside of the unit hallways and stairs is carpet also covered in stickers and sand, so you will drag all of that into your unit unless you thoroughly clean your shoes before entering every time. It seems like a small detail, but the outside carpeting was so dirty, we set one suitcase down while unlocking the door and the entire bottom was filthy with sand and stickers. Definitely needs some maintenance work on the outside. Once inside, it was fine. A little dated, but cute for the price and decent for a few days. Overall good for one trip, probably wouldn’t book again though when in corpus.

For the price it was not up to par. The pictures and descriptions did not match what was actually there. It was not clean and it was challenging to find the reserved parking spot because the numbers were faded. I would not recommend it or book it again.

The process was easy ( almost effortless) all the info about location, access, procedure and wifi info was sent to me well before hand. Left me with no questions to ask. Even offered a late check out option and allowed me to access the property earlier than expected! The place was clean and comfy from the moment we walked into the door! In a great location on top of all that! Couldn't ask for more! All in all was a solid rental experience!

Our first time using VRBO. It was a nice condo, but the condo definitely needs a deep cleaning. :( Also, it would have been really helpful had we known from looking at the post that this was on the 2nd floor. Loved the pool, closeness to the beach and that it was such a family-friendly environment.

This is a very nice resort. Love the close proximity to Whitecap Beach. This is our second time to stay at Beach Club and we really enjoy our time here. We like to eat most meals in and the kitchens are well stocked with equipment. I really like the rinse station for cleaning Beach chairs & our dog. Dog friendly resort is a must for us! Beach Club has rentals that allow dogs. Stairs only to units on 2nd & 3rd floor, 2nd floor was very doable for us. Thanks!

Overall the place was nice, but we had a family above us with a 2 year old that they allowed to jump on and off furniture till 2AM the first two nights. We contacted the manager and they said they did not manage that unit. They were going to see what they could do, but never got back to us.
The next night, the power went out and we had to sleep without A/C all night till 3AM when power was restored. A owner that lived in the building said that was happening a lot recently. Vacasa, so if it was beyond their control, but willing to extend a late checkout to us til 2PM.
Unfortunately, they local manager did not note the late checkout, so were trying to kick us out at 10 AM, told us we were breaking the law if we stayed, and refused to honor the late checkout even though I had screenshots confirming we had a late checkout.
Just typical corporate management miscommunication. Not a fan of Vacasa. I will avoid their managed units in the future even though they acted like were doing us a favor by not kicking us out till noon.

The Beach Club community is nice and the pool and hot tub were great. However, unit 280 needs some work. There was a lot of rust on refrigerator, rust on inside of dryer (not safe for clothing), washer spin cycle noise not normal (very loud - bearing out I think), all air vents are rusted and/or moldy, bifold laundry room door missing guide and doesn't open correctly, new bedroom and bathroom door knobs without paint on them would spruce things up, woodwork needs touchup paint and baseboard is in DIRE need of painting.

hot advertised was never found by this guest and no written directions or instructions available for identifying access to this ammenity. not enough hot water and no drain plug for bathtub in unit, had to find hardware store, purchase drain plug, heat water on stove in pans to supplement hot water enough for soaking in bathtub which is important for me on long trips due to back problems.
