We loved all the pool options and hot tubs

We LOVE staying at the Baywatch this is our 4th year and have had great stays except this year! The furniture in the living room needs replaced!! ALL OF IT. I used the extra bed sheets on the couch and recliner because they are FILTHY!! The kitchen was dirty also and needed a good scrubbing. The unit itself is great with new furniture and a good cleaning!

My kids and I loved it. Everything was perfect except the dryer and washer didn’t really work properly. Loved the view, the rooms and the tubs so nice!!!

We loved everything about this home except the dryer. We wanted a washer and dryer as one of the main amenities for our stay but this dryer was extremely loud. It rattled the entire time. It would take 2 or 3 cycles to dryer clothes. But the main problem was something was causing our clothes to get stuck along the drum of the dryer. It was putting little brown burn marks on our clothes. We even washed a load of the white towels provided and many of them came out with the burn stains. We would have to stop the dryer about every 10 minutes to untangle everything. It was very annoying. HOWEVER, everything else about this room and resort was excellent. Kids loved the on-site ice cream shop. Convenient and easy access to the garage and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get into town until after check in but I received a message that our room was actually done and ready 4 hours before check in and we could've gone ahead and checked in early. Room and grounds were very clean. They had security checking people every day at the pool for pool passes and even made several leave who were not guests at the hotel. Pools were very clean except for one of the indoor pools. It looked slightly greenish. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was surface clean but the carpet is in need of a deep clean/replaced. The shower heads need replaced, the beach showers had more water pressure. The staff we encountered were very friendly and professional!! The beds are comfortable. The view is absolutely breathtaking!!!

Overall we found the resort pleasant and met our needs. Great pools and amenities. Very entertaining pool activities. Great location and outstanding views!!! Adequate parking but VERY limited availability of luggage carts!!!!
The condo is adequate size and much as pictured. The beds were comfortable and adequate bedroom size. WiFi spotty at times. The sofa and casual chairs need replacing… stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen offfered the basics. Adequate for “ beach life” but if the furniture were updated it would be much nicer

We loved the view from the room and the room was comfortable once we got in it; however, the staff wasn't the friendliest.
When we got the key to our room at 4:00 (check in time) they were in our room still cleaning and acted like it was our fault as we stood outside for 45 minutes waiting in the heat.
We probably won't be staying here again.

The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was the front desk rarely answered the phone. The lamp in the room was cracked. And the tv placement was terrible. I’ve stayed in many other units an I’ve seen better. But overall I enjoy the location and the prices

Excellent beach access, perfect pool options for every age group, good check in and check out process. Only complaint, the furnishings were tired and should be replaced.

Ocean front Room with Spacious balcony, full kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Each bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Washer and Dryer was included in our suite so no dirty clothes to take home. Great place to vacay.

Great value, better views
Views from the balcony were beautiful. Room was clean and spacious for Thanksgiving stay. All kitchen equipment worked and heat was efficient and quick. Water pressure in this unit was low from showers, other units it's much better. Still a great deal!

This unit was great for 4 people. It was clean, although we found baby roaches in the kitchen during our departure. The phones didn’t work and there was an ironing board with no iron.
