The photos in the advertisement are not in any way how the accommodations appear now. Things are broken, furniture has stains and rips, mold on faucets, too much to list. Also had many roaches around inside. I wouldn't recommend this unit as it is now.

Overall, this property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. My only comment would be to upgrade the furniture and carpeting in the unit. It is quite dated and old. Otherwise, a well-managed property with a considerable number of things to do for an entire family, especially children.

Loved the shower and spaciousness. Carpet needs to be upgraded. Blue single chair stained and dirty. Bed near door had a very old worn mattress. Kitchen table, coffee table and end tables need to be refinished.

My husband and I loved the great view of the ocean from the balcony of this room. We had a nice pool view as well. Very easy access to the beach too.

It had a beautiful ocean view balcony. Enough indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers and hit tubs for every to enjoy. Room was very clean and well equipped. Will definatly return!

The condo was lovely, clean and very inviting. We ate out, didn’t use the appliances except for the dishwasher. Definitely would rent the unit again but maybe they would have newer mattresses.

We loved the many water amenities. The kitchen had plenty of room and a full size refrigerator. The shower was awesome! Great water pressure!

With two full beds, a full murphy bed and a sofa bed, there is plenty of room for your family or friends. The layout is really functional and allows for privacy when desired. Doors can separate the central kitchen from the bedroom and living room, in case someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early. Bedding was comfy. Of course, the oceanfront balcony is the best feature! The unit was spotless when we arrived, smelled fresh. AC worked great. Water pressure was amazing, made for a relaxing shower. Decor could stand a few updates. On the other hand, the bathroom appeared to be recently updated in a beautiful aqua color, with a new tub/shower. Kitchen was well equipped for any meal I would ever prepare on vacation, with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. Overall, it was a great value and a great base camp for our adventures!

Vacation ‘21-‘22
Enjoyed the Baywatch very much and made some friends along the way. Our room was nice but a tad outdated. Employees were always polite and accommodating. Only disappointment was depending on who you rented from, you either could or could not enjoy the snowbird activities.

This place was great for our long weekend stay. Lots of amenities, great restaurants and a wonderful view of the ocean!

Room was clean. There was not a lid for blender or corkscrew available in room. The bed immediately inside room was broken down on right side of the bed. Garbage disposal did not work and water in kitchen sink drained extremely slowly and I did not report it. Quiet time at the condos is 11pm -6am and that was great. Activities (pools, bar, etc) were good.

The property seems to have not been remodeled in quite some time. The outside door going into our building had plywood from where the glass was missing.
