More towels and soap. One couch needs replaced.

Beautiful location and beautiful view

Our comforter on our bed looked like it had a blood stain on it. We asked for a new one and they dropped off sheets instead of a comforter and the sheets were for a king not a queen. There was also a dirty wash cloth left in the shower when we got there.

Had trouble with the heat and they were slow to respond. they did finally fix it.

On ocean , clean

Bed was like a brick!!! And furniture was old and out dated. There were no trash cans around the property

Location was beautiful. Pool was nice size and on premises and always clean. The the unit had new appliances in the kitchen. Couches were clean. Bathroom was good condition. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony was nice surprise as it was private. There was an elevator.

We had a problem with the internet, it was down and unaccessible for a couple of days. The couches did not come equip with sheets or blankets. If we had known about that we would have brought. Also the comfort of sleeping on those couches were not good. They were too short. There was no mattress inside as like in a futon or pull out. My young adult children are tall and feet hung over the edge. Also comfort level on them was not good at all. Probably would have been better if they were small children. Screen door to balcony was a bit difficult to operate. Probably should be fixed or replaced.

The condo was awesome with great access to the beach and area. Finding the condo and getting in was a,Theterrible. No one or the instructions told me the check in process or that the name of the property was different than as advertised. The name of the property is Durant Station, not Flip Flop Island. Very confusing and a nightmare finding and getting into my condo. No one even told me the code to punch in to get in my unit. Arriving was as said a nightmare! After that the condo was great and the area itself. They do allow pets at least for some of the condos, be ware. One dog barked at me every time I walked by. Not cool for over $900.00 for 3 night's to be barked at by a dog,,! These are the complaints! The condo and area is fantastic!

excellent location with ocean front view from the patio.

This condo had everything we needed. It was very clean, in a good location and was the perfect size for the two of us.

I wish the hot tub would have been open. Arrived a week or so too early. We still had a great time!
