garbage smelled so bad from cans out front. we could smell it on the deck. it seems the previous tenets were careless about putting outdoor items away as they were thrown all over the place outside on the ground, the master bath toilet was shut off with splatters of waste all over it, the dishwasher broke with crusty food inside that I had to scrub off, the couches had a grimy feel and smell, an outlet cover was broke off and lying on the floor, the water in hot tub had sand in it. the garbage, toilet and dishwasher was the worst
