the kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need, however is not suitable for extensive cooking

Iris is a fantastic host! Communication was super easy and friendly via whatsapp. The booklet with the instructions on the appliances and things to do is very well thought! The decor is great, can tell that a lot of thought and care has been put to it! We did everything on foot, it is very close to the center! The supermarket also is walking distance which was very practical! The kichen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfy! The basket with the board games is a such great idea - as avid board gamer think the game selection could use an update.
The apartment is facing the water which is very pleasant. There is constant movement and can be noisy - we are not used to it but didnt really impact our night so that was good! We had a wonderful time in Breda and could really relax and enjoy our time because of this choice of the apartment! Will definitely be looking to staying here in the future!

Perfect location, just around the corner from the city centre. Easy to walk to central station and convenient free private parking. Lovely apartment, with everything you need.
