No internet facility it's only available at the ground floor ,breakfast was worst ,not warm and everything was not a breakfast menu thing .they never helped us with the issues. Reception was good

I like almost everything. The room was clean, size was good enough, the staff were amazing,polite and really helpful.the location is a bit far from the centre but I like it for relaxing ride going there with perfect views of the mountains We took over going to places, driver and people in Madina are awesomely kind. The food choices for breakfast are limited but still good enough. I would love to come back to this hotel again.

AVOID, AVOID! Please stay away from this hotel!!!! the bedsheets were dirty and used sheets from previous customers did not even bother to change sooo unhygienic!!, location was so far from the Masjed Al Nabwai, breakfast was tasteless, unfresh with very limited options, noisy corridors so wasn't soundproofing , and the room was quite small, not the size of the advertised picture. We will never come again!

we booked 2 rooms and one was not cleaned before arrival so they switched to another and the bathroom was very dirty

The breakfast was tasty and plentyful. The staff was really helpful. The hotel is within easy reach of the downtown area.
It is not easy to find the hotel, bacause there are several Platinum hotels in the surrounding, each of them has a different letter before the name Platinum, and the facade is totally different from the photo.

In fact I didn't like anything about the hotel. And outside the local market. Is the dead location pathetic.
It's very farm from haram, and the food was not good. No choice no option. The cab facility from Haram is really very bad. They are charging huge.
