location is excellent, patio was great, bed was comfortable, large refrigerator

shower didn’t drain, toilet only flushed occasionally, very gross and should NOT be rented again until fixed! We had to use beach chairs to sit inside & used ironing board for a table (my wife’s idea) It has no kitchen sink! (which they told us long after we paid our non-refundable reservation) They knew about the toilet situation and said it was going to require major plumbing work! It would fill up instead of flushing & then when the it started draining eventually left a gross residue which we had to srub and hope it would flush! There’s also a door behind the fridge that connects to unit #1 and you can clearly hear those neighbors like they’re in your room! This is NOT a room for a two week stay, but we made it work! We really feel that we should be refunded part of our total cost of $1,777 for the constant inconvenience

Location was the only good thing.

Process to get the code is a nightmare, Lots of mandatory fields that doesn't apply to everyone like "flight number" and you can't continue, we had to call C. Serv. to get the code. (We arrived at 7:00 pm) We just dropped our belongings over the bed, and went out to eat, so when we returned at 10 pm, we realized there was no privacy at all, window blinds were broken and there were spots were anyone can look inside, there was a door behind the fridge that connects the room to another and we could hear the next door conversations as if we were together, (they might be a big family, cause there were a lot of people talking and laughing), we sat at the bed in front of the TV and the mattress sunk into the cheap metal frame almost touching the floor, we tried to listen music on the tv and there was no Remote control for the TV, we tried with the remote control for the streaming dispositive and there was no way we could get audio for the TV, so no music to avoid next door noise, we started to make coffee and then there was no creamer, there wasn't a single hanger on the closet, so we decided to leave at 10: 30 pm, we closed the room and just left.

Nice location

The door didn't lock from the inside in 1A and AC remote was confusing. It didn't show the same temperature on the remote as the AC unit itself.
