La atención el personal muy atentos y pendientes de todo. Quiero destacar el saber hacer de una recepcionista la más joven ,fue tan( humana )y amble nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos mi madrecita y yo , sin duda repetiría.

The cleanliness

Water leaked from the shower to the bedroom.

Rooms and bed and very comfortable. Great shower. Hot water, coffee and tea in reception. Great price. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Loja bella. The staff was very nice and helpful, they offered an excellent service! We arrived at 7 am and they allowed us to enter the room and had a room prepared for us so we could rest after a long journey! The breakfast was also delicious and cheap! We would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an excellent service for a fair price! In addition it is close to the center, less than 5 minutes walk! And it is located in a safe neighborhood.
