Excellent stay and the host was so friendly and helpful. Great location with access to the lake and Annecy
Only let down was that the air conditioning wasn’t working but I think this was unfortunate timing

Location is fantastic
If ever a place needed a refurbishment to refresh its appeal it is here. Only a fold down bed (very soft) and nowhere comfortable to sit inside

Location on the lake with own access and pier. Nice room with garden and furniture to eat/sit outside. Friendly host. Great lake view, clean and warm water in June already. Lot of activities available in area.
Heavy traffic in Annecy, avoid rush hours when driving in/out.

Great location with beautiful mountain views, peaceful and quiet, lakeside. Pleasant gardens. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Fantastic local boulangerie. Good bus service from Annecy. Walks from the village and near cycle route.
Nothing really problematic. Our shower could do with updating but did work well after some fiddling. Be aware that the local SPAR closes on Mondays and out of peak season the restaurants may not be open, so bring supplies for the first evening just in case I'm TV
