The location met my needs. The local tenants were very nice and respectful. The location made it convenient to get to all of the accommodations that we needed.

Upon Arrival the property appeared to be very messy and unkept. It appeared that the lawn had not been mowed in weeks and was very tall. The back balcony of the property was very filthy. My wife and I cleaned it up a bit to make it a bit more comfortable. The wood framework under the mattress was not very sturdy and allowed the head of the bed to dip down making it hard to sleep. The overall cleanliness was ok but not to the standard that I would have expected from a vacation rental. I would look at a different property if I were to return to the area.

It was a nice quiet area. Quick access to so many different experiences.

Great location. Host was good about communicating and brining us what we needed. Great space inside. Nice bathroom and convenient to have a washer and dryer.

This is nitpicking but, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hard to use and the water pressure in the shower was not very high. It also took us a second to realize that the key pad did not automatically lock behind us.
