This condo has it all - a priceless Gulf front view, comfy beds and furniture, enough seating for everyone with fully stocked kitchen. Great location, close to any place you want or need to go. The decor is very unique and fun, a delightful addition to a perfect "beach trip". Our host, Chuck was wonderful with communication regarding any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Unique and fun place to stay! The renovations were well done with a great layout. Owner was informative and responsive. There was general ware and tear from being a rental (kitchen drawer, shower handle ice maker grate) but overall good condition. We would stay again.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable! Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs with additional sink was a nice surprise. So it was easier to move through after the beach. Decor was off the hook amazing! Top notch! Location couldn’t be better, Beach is steps (right there!!) from the door! Beach is both clean and beautiful!! For my girls group (12!) of all ages it was perfection. So nice that parking for our slightly larger group wasn’t an issue. Owner was attentive and pleasant. Would rent from him again without hesitation!

This condo has it all! It is such a cool design in every room. They put alot of thought into every detail. The location and view are perfect. The pool is so convenient too. Beach was not crowded so lots of areas to spread out and spend time with your family. I would definitely reccomend this to fammilies, friends and groups!

Charles was an amazing host! We had two families staying at the condo and everyone fit! The view was gorgeous every morning and there was everything we needed right in the condo. We took advantage of the two beach chairs that were available to us everyday and we loved that we could walk to the restaurant Surf Hut right down the beach. Charles was able to recommend some great golf courses right in the area for us which was huge for me and my husband. The only recommendation I would give the condo facility is a bigger pool, there were many families on spring break there and the pool was full a lot. But everything was fantastic for our stay at Girls Girls Girls and we will be booking on of Charles places again!

Excellent location. Right on the beach with great restaurants and shopping close by. Grocery store across the street. View of Ocean and beach never got old. Owners were very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed a great month away from the cold.

The condo was nice. It was perfect for my husband, our two teenage boys and myself. Close to the beach, the young man that got our chairs for us each day was super nice, and the location of the condo was convenient to the main road, the waking trail, and the outlet mall.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Perfect Location
Beautiful and comfortable condo in a great location. The view of the water and beach is incredible. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and beach activities within walking distance. The kitchen is stocked with kitchen wares. The kids really enjoyed the sand toys, volleyball, and surf boards that are in the condo. Chuck is wonderful with communication and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a relaxing vacation.

We loved staying at this property!
This rental was a slice of heaven. Being on the ocean was a dream. Chuck was awesome to work with as well! My husband and 11 year old stayed there for the week and it was perfect for the three of us. The location is great and close to everything you could ever need. We will be back!

You just know when the owner loves the place they are renting! The little touches are everywhere even in the cups and bowls stored in the cupboard! This place was magnificent. The 60’s Elvis theme was all throughout the condo and we loved it! Chuck was a great host and touched base with me before the trip for restaurant suggestions etc… and to let me know about the property! He was so quick to respond with every question. Girls, girls, girls was absolutely perfect! It is well appointed and decorated to the max! It felt like a penthouse. Highlights……vintage record player, bunk bed portholes, amazing view.

The property was extremely clean, everything they had written was accurate, the location was excellent, and the owners made sure we knew where everything was and how to use the many features special to the property. The owners took extra time and attention to make sure we knew everything we needed to know and even took the time to share a few stories about this unique property. The beach views were unobstructed. The beach was not crowded and access to it is just steps away. The pool was equally as accessible. It's really hard to describe just how unique the interior design is - definitely not your 'same old beach condo' look! We heartily recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Beautiful condo with every detail well thought through. View is tough to beat from the top corner unit. Owners were very courteous and helpful with directing us to the local spots. Austons across the street was a highlight for oysters and The Surf Hut a short walk down the beach.
