This is our second time staying here! We just love this house! We were there for a mothers/daughters weekend and it was a great place to stay in and play games and relax together! The location is excellent, close to school and to shopping as well! The house is super clean and very cute with all the amenities! Mimi was quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommend Bright & Airy House!

This lovely home, that looks like it was decorated by Joanna Gaines from The Magnolia Network, was absolutely perfect for the small family wedding weekend of our son who lives in Gainseville. We wanted to find a "home" where we could easily get ready for all the wedding activities as well as have other out of town family members spend time with us, and one that offered a more personal feel than a hotel. We choose to rent the entire home because we needed 4 bedrooms. (There is a split floor plan option) The house is incredibly bright, airy and spacious. Live greenery throughout the house makes it feel so special and homey! Brilliant attention was placed in every decorating detail. The brand new kitchen with an open floor concept into the living and dining space was especially inviting. The bedrooms are huge and the beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable; and the newly remodeled bathrooms offer every modern amenity. The owner/host was SUPER! Immediately responsive to every question I had before and during our stay and especially accommodating to extra needs and requests, like an earlier check in time because we had arrived in town earlier than originally expected. I would highly recommend renting this house and I plan to stay here again when I come back to Gainesville.

This home housed our family as we suffered the loss of my brother, son and a uncle and husband. The home was located very close to the hospital where my brother was. The home was so clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable for everyone Thank you we all loved the home. Very spacious. .

The house was perfect! Very very clean and you could tell the owner thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Down to the Qtips in the bathrooms.😁 nicest house we have ever stayed in! The host was awesome and made it a wonderful experience. You also could not ask for a better location and a safe neighborhood. Exceeded all expectations.

Mimi was very responsive with communication. The house was beautiful and walking distance to campus...a huge plus on game day! Very cozy home, would definitely book again!!
