We loved this condo! So close to the beach and it was not packed with people! Felt very private. The views to the ocean was the best part! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, and with the three full bathrooms everyone has their own space. Excellent communication with the owners and they had a welcome letter with things to do. We rented a boat from Salty pontoons. That was definitely our favorite day! Would definitely recommend this place!

The location is great! Just steps from the beach. The townhouse is well stocked with plenty of bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, storage for extra food and a crock pot. There were plenty of beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, floaties and plenty of beach toys.They pretty much covered everything needed to stay. It was home away from home!

We’ve stayed here for at least 3 years in a row and it is perfect!!!! We love it!!!

Hi, Dianne and Paul! Thank you for sharing your lovely townhome! It is just what we were looking for...walk down to the beach (just a few steps away!), sunset views and IMMACULATE! Everything is there that we needed and more. Linens are all new and bright white. Kitchen is well stocked and the unit comfortably decorated. A bonus of lots of clean beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Proximity to shopping and excellent, varied restaurants is wonderful. The powdery, white sand and blue & turquoise waters offer a perfect setting. Thank you, Paul, for your help when we had a minor question. Richard enjoyed speaking with you. I can not say enough good things about this property! It was everything we expected and more. Tons of room for 7 of us including 4 teenagers. Everything we needed was there for cooking meals when we did not feel like going out. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at “A Shore Thing” was amazing. It was spacious and the added amenities from an array of cooking spices to beach chairs set this property apart from others that we have stayed at. The beach access and ocean view can’t be beat and we could watch the sun rise and set from the raised deck. There was also a pool which is nice if you need a break from the sand. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Paul and Dianne are great hosts! Thanks again!

What a great place!

This place is really nice & we would definitely come here again. Paul & Dianne were very responsive & communication was clear & concise. The unit was clean & comfortable. Being an end unit is a definite bonus. Great, easy beach access (no long stair case like where we used to stay). If I had to find something wrong it'd be that we couldn't find any potholders & I personally like windows that open so I can hear the ocean at night (while we were there the night temps were really cool so it was definitely open window weather). But neither of these things are a deal breaker. We will seek this location again when we head back that way. Really nice & much appreciated!

We had an exceptional stay at this rental! The weather was perfect, views were breathtaking and absolutely everything was way better than expected! This rental is by far the best place we have ever stayed in the area, the beach was clean, not crowded and literally steps from the rental. The owners have gone to great lengths to make your stay exceptional, it was super clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated! Affordable luxury at its finest. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious with large closets for belongings, and all bathrooms were amazing! The common areas were large and extremely comfortable and the kitchen was the most well equipped ever! The owners have literally thought of everything! Appliances were newer and the extra fridge in the beach closet was such an added bonus! There were great beach chairs and every sand toy imaginable for our use. The owners have really gone above and beyond to make you feel right at home, the attention to detail makes this the perfect place for families. We didn’t not have any complaints other than we didn’t want to leave. Even the light switches were labeled! We will definitely stay again! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how the owners have done so much to make your stay with them better than you can imagine! Amazing!!!

This property was just what we were looking for, you walk out your back door to the beautiful emerald beach! The property is beautiful on the inside and has everything you need. I loved that we did not have to bring beach chairs or toys, what a plus! The owners were great to work with!

We had a great week. Unfortunately the "June grass" was there in July making the water quite murky. There was a pool for our kids when the surf was too rough, or we just wanted to escape all of the grass, which was nice. The location is also close to lots of other little shops and fun beach towns if you don't want to be in the water the whole time.

My family had an absolutely wonderful time in this vacation rental!! The house was inviting, comfortable, and well thought out. The convenience and proximity to the beach is priceless, especially with little ones (age 11, 3 and 8 months). No need to "load up" which meant more time on the beach enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. The outdoor rinse stations made clean up easy and the many hooks outside made drying time quick. We cooked several times and found the kitchen to be well equipped with the exception of no griddle for pancakes, which has since been remedied :) I'm not a full time coffee drinker but the ease of the Keurig and serene beauty of the beach in the mornings called me to the balcony/porch every morning with a cup of Joe in hand. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and accommodating. Location within PCB was preferred over the more populated areas; there was no scarcity of beach real estate, traffic was reduced, and hopping over to 30A area was a breeze. We rented a pontoon for the day from Salty Pontoons (super nice people!) and enjoyed a leisurely day at Shell Island swimming and snorkeling along with exploring St Andrews Bay. We enjoyed a quick half day fishing charter with Old Town Fishing Charters and as luck would have it, happened upon a school of Mahi-Mahi. Score! We had a fantastic time having professional photos done with Micah Everett Photography in Seaside/Watercolor area off 30A. Highly recommend her! We ate dinner at Bayou Bills (twice!) and Mikes Oyster Bar and indulged in Thomas donuts one morning (get up early!). We've updated our bucket list of activities and already re-booked our stay at "A Shore Thing" for next year! Now for the long wait, 355 days and counting! Thanks Paul and Dianne for a wonderful stay!

Our family gathered in this unit and 2 others in memory of our in-laws that used to own a Condo here. Shore Thing was beautifully decorated and accommodating in every way. We all hope to return!
