The house was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the neighbors dogs were very loud but I understand this is out of the owners control. Great stay for the family!

This house was exactly as pictured and the host took great care to make sure we felt at home with lots of little extras! The neighborhood was quiet and pretty, beds were comfortable, and we loved the swing bedroom especially. My only concern was the outside/pool area which did not reflect the same level of care as the house itself-the host may not know but there a LOT of wasps back there! Seems they have built a nest in the corner of the sunroom roof. Also the pool could have been cleaner-we had some residue on our floats and toys. But if these were addressed I would definitely recommend! Thanks for a nice stay!

Great place for a set of families to stay and be comfortable. Bonus that the pool and hot tub were still open for our children to enjoy!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, absolutely beautiful house and property. We are traveling with 2 dogs and 2 teenagers and everyone LOVED it! 10/10

Everything was perfect from communication before our arrival, to the little welcome notes in the house. Check in and out process. House was super clean, beautiful decor. Too much to say people just need to experience this house for themselves.

My family and I were visiting from Michigan to attend our cousins wedding. We arrived before the actual check in time and when we contacted the property owner she allowed us to enter the property early :-) The home is Amazing. I has all the comforts of home and more. A swimming pool, hot tub, work out room, pool table, large bed rooms, chef kitchen, desk and printer if you want to do business, tv's in each room, screened in porch overlooking the swimming pool, games to play..so much to list. I would definitely stay again. Everything, absolutely everything was Amazing. A+

We had to stay at the property for a night while moving into town and Mercedes was very accommodating. Easy to communicate and the location was wonderful. Exactly what was needed after a long drive.

We had a great time staying at Muletown’s Modern Comfy Cottage. We were in town for our son’s wedding. This house was perfect for our family. The decor is beautiful and all the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Everything was as advertised and Mercedes always responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

The location was wonderful. The house was perfect! The pool was excellent. We have already reserved this location for next year.

We frequently rent places, this is the most relaxing and fun experience we had, I own a cleaning business and this house was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillow were so comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean. I personally loved the welcome sign and the dog bowls as we had a pet with us, Book this home and you will feel right at home! We enjoyed ourselves very much! The kids the adults and the dog! We had a great time. Relaxed every night in the hot tub, dip in the pool and a drink to top off the day! Morning dip in the pool to start the day. Close to so many things to do. The house was nicely equipped and very comfortable.

We are all in our 60’s and have been friends since college. One of our kids got married I. Columbia. Great house and location.

Nice house. Great pool and hot tub, well maintained.☺️ Could use a bit more storage area/counter space or shelf in one bathroom but not a big issue. Quick response from owner on any questions. Would definitely recommend. I was a bit taken back by the amount of stairs at first but that's just me not paying attention to details. ( We are seniors who don't have stairs at home.)

Our group enjoyed a week in Muletown. Loved the pool and location of the house was perfect. Only issues we had was a nest of yellow jackets prevented us from using the hot tub, could have used more silverware as we only had enough forks for one meal setting and maybe a couple larger pots for cooking. The screened in porch could use a good cleaning.

We had been looking forward to our stay for almost a year and were NOT disappointed! Honestly, the photos don't even do the house justice. It is BEAUTIFUL. I will remember the upstairs shower (we never used the downstairs) forever, it is in the top 5 showers I've ever had in my life. The day room, with the hanging bed was so pleasant and cozy, it gave me warm fuzzies just sitting with my family and looking through the windows. The pool/deck was incredibly well taken care of, and we enjoyed the Saltwater aspect, as opposed to Chorine! The kitchen was stocked: Pasta, any spice you could imagine, ice cream, frozen pizzas, popsicles, coffee creamer, drink mixers and every condiment known to man! Also left lots of extra blankets and towels throughout. I couldn't believe how thoughtful they were. And of course, they were SO accommodating to our pups! Left food/water bowls, supplied 'doggy stairs' for those of us who sleep with our fur babies, a fluffy dog bed. And all the puppy art! There was one snafu with the garage door, but they sent someone to fix it within a half hour, and it was taken care of that same evening. I'd maybe ask if their landscapers are scheduled to come during your stay - the guy just walked into the pool area without saying anything, while we were in the pool to cut the grass. Not the host's fault, but it did feel weird, and the dogs almost escaped. Overall, it was one of our best VRBO experiences yet. We will ab-so-lute-ly book again.

We are so glad we booked this home for our family vacation. Kids, adults and dog had a wonderful stay! Everything you need is at this home. Pool, hot tub, pool table and plenty of room. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen utensils and supplies to make meals all stocked at this home. If we ever decide to stay in Tennessee again we will book this cottage again!

This home was perfect for our needs. The kids LOVED the pool during the hot day and the hot tub during the cooler nights.

The pool and hotub were so clean, the house was decorated beautifully, and the owners replied very quickly!

We stayed three nights for our annual girls family trip. We wish we had another day here! We are booking again for next year. We had 7 adult women for our stay, and we all raved the entire time about how perfectly appointed this property was. Every detail. We never left, we decided this house had everything we needed!! We all took turns making meals, the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub, the highlight of our trip- we were outside the whole time! We used the gas grill located in the room off garage for steaks one night. We never did get a chance to use the pool table room downstairs- and we found game consoles and things in the closet down there! We also didn't make it to the fire pit, that's a must next year! Our group had plenty of space to be together, and be apart when we were ready to sleep. Plenty of parking in driveway for all of our cars. We took pictures around the property of our group- such a cute home! All of the "Muletown" touches really made us smile! Look around, some of them aren't as obvious but you can tell so much thought has been put into this awesome home. Also, the greetings and personalization for our welcome was so appreciated!! Mercedes is an amazing host!! Cannot wait for next year!

We only stayed for 1 day but it was fantastic. I would definitely stay again and book it for more than a day. It was the best experience using any booking services.

This was an amazing trip and it was made even better with the accommodations. Everything was perfect. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. It's professionally cleaned. Mervedes was quick to answer texts when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place. Even with the price you won't be disappointed.

We were initially planning to bring kids, but decided last minute to just have an adult getaway! And y’all, let me tell you, it was worth it! This place had everything! Coffee, condiments, super clean, pool, firepit area, jacuzzi, like I could go on and on! Basically we wanted to hang out with Mercedes because everything was so perfect! Hand written notes welcoming us! Chocolate! It was everything we needed and wanted! And we will be back to Muletown!
