Great location. Cozy house. Loved the decor! Loved the neighborhood and beach access was so easy. We had an issue and they fixed it so fast! The pool was very small, but warmed up nice and warm for us while we were there. I would stay there again

Convenience of having a golf cart to get around the area for quick trips. The beach is quick and easy to get to, 3 minute walk with no streets to cross. Restaurants everywhere. In the middle of all the action but in a private gated community and private beach makes it feel as if you are separated from all of the busyness.

Plenty of beds and the 4 full bathrooms worked perfectly. The garage was loaded with all of your beach essentials, no need to purchase anything else. We utilized the pool deck every morning and evening and both the adults and kids loved the game room. Talk about location!! Anything you could possibly need was within walking distance, or the 6 person golf cart could be used. We had the best time and will definitely return! Thank you!!

There is only seating in the living room for 7. Had trouble from day one with the upstairs bedroom air conditioner. Had 3 different people come and look at it. Third one said the filters were filthy. First one said they looked just fine. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the upstairs bedroom had 2 adults and 5 kids so put a damper on the stay as they were hot. THe kitchen needs stocked properly. It needs pots and pans badly and dishrags!!! We also would run out of hot water daily and had to spread out taking showers so you didnt have to take a cold shower. We didnt have enough wash clothes or towels to shower daily so I had to wash multiple times a day just so everyone could shower daily. Shared towels multiple times with kids but shouldnt have to for what we paid for this house for a week. The pool area was very nice and plenty of seating. We could not locate an umbrella for the outside table but website said it had one. Kids had to go inside to eat lunch so they were not out in the hot sun. On the bright side, the golf cart was wonderful. Kids really enjoyed the rides and very handy to run to the Winn Dixie or restaurants.

This home was a beautiful and comfortable place for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy being together and the pool and deck was the perfect place to unwind after spending much needed time on the beach!

We fell in love with this property, the location, the deck/pool and the amenities. We had a couple of glitches (due to a contractor's inability to adhere to a deadline), but the owner made it right and was sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. AND, the fully renovated bathrooms were absolutely worth it the minor check-in delay. This home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and FUN. The games, the layout (which felt very private, even with six adults and two children staying in it), the golf cart.... everything was designed in a thoughtful way to ensure the families staying there enjoy their stay. The proximity to the beach is mind-blowing. I don't think I wore shoes the entire stay, unless we left Shipwatch. You won't be disappointed. -Debi & Trent Easterday

We had to Uber to most eateries though. The small pool is good for small children. The beach and ocean are excellent. The community is quiet and comfortable.

Beach chairs , umbrella, sand toys and cart to take them made us enjoy the beach more. Attic with 4 bunk beds and a balcony made great for kids hang out.

We loved the house. The location was great. Couple minute walk to the beach. Stores close by. Never even used the car, just the golf cart! Beach is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!

We had a large group of friends stay at the house (18). We had a great time. Overall the property is great! There were a few hiccups, but the manager was very responsive and quick to answer questions or get things fixed. On our third night the upstairs AC stopped working, but someone was there first thing in the morning to fix it. Though it was a bummer the emergency AC service couldn’t come out that night. Was a little hot that night. The washing machine must be off balance and will “walk” itself out of its cubby while making loud noises. This happened a couple of times. Even when only 2-3 towels were in it. The golf cart was super convenient to have to run to get ice or whatever at the Winn Dixie which was very close. The extra parking mentioned is literally 2 spots at the front entrance gate and is usually occupied. If you have multiple cars that do not fit in the driveway, you must go park at Winn Dixie or elsewhere. We also had an issue with the beach chairs that come with the property. Make sure you tell the guys the nickname for the house and not just the address. Some of my friends didn’t know and ended up having to pay for the beach chairs. The pool was smaller than I thought. It looks bigger in pics though it was nice to have anyway and wasn’t really a problem just smaller than expected. Also make sure you know your gate code. When we arrived we were not asked for it, but later some of our party was and I had to look back and find that info. Overall would stay again, but maybe with a couple less people. The house was comfortable, the location was great and the beach was so close. The management was very responsive and sent someone over to help with our minor repairs. The deck and pool were both a plus with plenty of room for the family. The beds were all very comfortable and the updated decor is nice. Having a golf cart is a huge plus! You can get to the outlets, grocery store and restaurants without ever moving your car!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed in a Shipwatch property. We LOVE Shipwatch. Location is great and the beach is wonderful and not crowded. That said Sandy Feet has been our least favorite house. We got the sense that they are trying to update but aren't finished. The bathrooms need gutted. All the showers have mold and mildew and it made the bathrooms stink. The house was dirty. When we got there we found popcorn on the living room rug, everything was dusty and no just a little. More than half the blinds were broken so you couldn't easily open and close them. There was trash (Starbucks cup) behind one of the beds. The trundle on the 3rd floor had blood on it. The upstairs hall bath had pee all over the shower curtain. Half the hot and cold knobs were hooked up backwards. The master bath door was on backwards so it locked from the outside and also wouldn't stay closed. I don't' expect this in any house especially not one in this price point. Disappointing.
