It was everything you could expect from a cabin on the river.

Our extended family of 10 spent 5 nights. Beautiful setting!

No complaints, everything was perfectly seamless. The house was exactly as described.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. My family of 5 stayed here. There was plenty of room. It was a great location. We enjoyed fly fishing right in the river. You can walk to The Riverhouse, a fabulous BBQ restaurant. We would definitely rent again.

Great location, plenty of space for our family, kitchen well stocked, cabin gets very hot, a few things broken, the cabin needs a thorough cleaning including showers

Wow, what an incredible house!! We really wanted to visit Yellowstone and couldn't have been happier with our last-minute booking. Sophie responded within minutes to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful with the booking process. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and well-stocked for our check-in. The giant windows and sliding glass doors showcased views of the river and the valley very well and the house was bright and cheerful. We spent many hours on the back deck watching the rushing Gallatin river just a few steps away. The location of the house was perfect...very peaceful and private and just a 40-minute drive down to the West Yellowstone entrance, a 15-minute drive up to nearby Big Sky mountain resort, and a 50-minute drive back to the Bozeman Yellowstone International airport. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to book this house and hope we'll have the chance to return for a future visit. Staying at the river house was actually the highlight of our trip! If you're into fly-fishing, check out the cool Gallatin river guides shop a few minutes up the road. We also enjoyed eating some great food at the Riverhouse BBQ less than 2 minutes away. Location was perfect! Clean and well stocked! Loved being right by the water. Close to Big Sky resort and Yellowstone!

Fantastic cabin! We stayed five nights, and the location was perfect. Close enough to Big Sky and downtown yet far enough away to feel like you are in the mountains. It snowed four of the five days, so we all got to enjoy the majesty of freshly fallen snow atop the still frozen Gallatin river. Being from Florida, we don’t see this scenery often. The cabin had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and plenty of utensils. We definitely got to experience the feel of a true mountain cabin. Lastly and certainly not the least, the owners were always available if we had a question. I hope that any future rental has owners as hands on as these. We’d certainly rent again if we make a return trip to the Big Sky area.

Although the loft is an open space and shares a bathroom, we were able to make things work from a privacy standpoint (there is a privacy screen in one of the spaces not shown in the pictures). We rented the home for 3 young families and it was a great space for all of us. The home is clean, has a well equipped kitchen (incl. plastics for kids), and nice touches like firewood, sleds, lawn games. The property manager arranged baby items for us. 2 bedrooms are in a loft and there is no garage.

Perfect place. Cabin on the River with awesome hot tub on the outdoor deck. Wood provided for fire place. Spacious cabin fit for group of guys visiting big Sky. Drive is beautiful to the ski resort every morning. There is an incredible BBQ restaurant just a walk away.

Our family loved staying in this wonderful and comfortable cabin. We had ages ranging from 78-7 months and it was roomy, super clean and very comfortable. The beds were excellent. The views were Magical of the Gallatin river and the surrounding wintry area. It’s such a gorgeous location! We loved soaking in the hot tub on the back deck in the snow and looking at the stars. Sophie, the owner, was great to check in and help with any issues. It was 15-20 minutes to Big Sky Resort where we skied everyday. Sophie gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities during our stay. It wasn’t stated in the listing that two of the bedrooms were open to the loft area and only semi private. However, we made it work for our group and would definitely stay here again. A great time was had by all!

What a very special place this cabin is. It’s in the most epic location right on the river. From the hot tub we saw two bald eagle. The cabin was immaculate and the communication between us and the owner was top notch. Cannot wait to return very soon!

This home was the perfect escape for our extended family. Our family of five (kid’s age 10-16) was joined by my parents and all of our needs and expectations were exceeded. Sophie was incredibly responsive and the town of Big Sky was the perfect escape. The fishing was amazing. We have every intention of returning soon!

This place is truly beautiful, it is on the Gallatin River with mountain views. It is fully furnished with everything you need and even has a salt water hot tub. The cabin is very clean and in excellent shape, the yard is equally well kept. Here is the best part.....The owner Sophie and property manager Jolene are amazing!!!!!! They really went over the top when they helped us out with a trailer issue we had,,,can't thank them enough. You won't go wrong if you choose to stay here...Enjoy!

We had a lot of fun fishing, hiking, and white water rafting. The house was in a great location and the river sounded amazing at night.

Our stay was amazing!! The weather was beautiful and the sights were breath taking. For future stayers there isn't much for food in Big Sky. But... I'm ok with that because of the scenery. No big problems with the host or house. Would be willing to stay again.
