This place was absolutely amazing!! So beautiful very clean and so relaxing! The host are amazing as well! Easy checkin, and responds within minutes of contacting. They even would check in on us to make sure everything was going good! We will definitely be back! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the cabins three levels; the boys stayed downstairs shooting pool and playing games at night while we were in the hot tub.

This cabin was just what we needed to enjoy our annual family Christmas trip to the Smokies! The owners were very helpful and easy with which to communicate. Their instructions were clear, and the cabin was beautiful! The living room was my favorite room in the house. It was most cozy with the fireplace, comfortable furniture, and sparkling Christmas lights. Thank you for creating the perfect atmosphere and exceeding our expectations!

Our family of 5 boys got together for the first time ever (ages 55-72)...just to hang out (husbands and wives). Jonathan and Veronica's place was absolutely perfect. Just as described, even better. Veronica even had the place decorated for Christmas before we got there in early November. Everyone in the group was so pleased we are going to try and make these get togethers happen again next year. Thank you Jonathan and Veronica!!

Enjoyed a 4 night ladies getaway at this beautiful property. The home is well appointed and the layout was perfect, with four bedrooms and attached full bathrooms. The location is convenient to all local Pigeon Forge attractions, but secluded enough to give you scenic views and quiet times when you want them. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and acted on any requests quickly. Our primary reason for the trip was to enjoy Smokey Mountain Christmas at Dollywood, and what a nice surprise it was to arrive at the cabin and find it beautifully decorated for Christmas, too. The tree and lighted garland on the stairs immediately put us in the holiday spirit!
I highly recommend the property and would definitely choose it for a future stay.

I think this was our 18th golf trip for 4 "mature" guys (ages 58to 83) . The Sparrow's Nest had everything we wanted...a private bedroom and attached bath for each of us, an inviting porch and chairs , a well equipped kitchen, and gathering spaces that provided for relaxed conversations. Jonathan was one of the best hosts that we have rented from and all the information that we needed was shared in a very timely manner. Simply a 5 star experience.

Cabin was nice and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds. Littles enjoyed game table, checkers and hot tub. Adults enjoyed pool table and deck with porches and swing. Would not hesitate to rent cabin again! Owners were good with communication and instructions regarding our stay.

Roomy. Comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Relaxing. Great for a rainy day with pool table, arcade game, plenty of televisions with Dish, and streaming apps. Beautiful views. Above excellent communication with host and quick response for service.

We had a wonderful time together at the cabin! Plenty of room for everyone and lots of activities to keep everybody entertained. My adult children loved the pool table and games. I would advise to be careful with small children because of all the stairs, but we didn’t take out eyes off our 18 month old grandson so it was fine. Overall we had a great vacation!

Our family enjoyed our entire stay. The house was super and met all of our needs. Dollywood and the surrounding towns provided all of the activities and attractions anyone would want. We are already talking about a return trip.

This cabin was great for our large family, nice, clean. The cabin was actually larger than the pictures made it appear and had plenty of room for everyone!!! The resort itself was nice as well, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool since it was still a bit chilly to use the outdoor one, and we enjoyed the mini golf course as well!!! It was just a very short drive to Wears Valley rd which comes out at red light 3 in the heart of the Pigeon Forge Parkway!!

Our family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this clean and spacious cabin! Everything was as expected, check-in and out went smoothly. The game room, porches and inside pool (down the street) were great to have on the rainy days. Loved the double swing! Hope to return in the future!

From the beginning John and Veronica were both very helpful and informative about their property. They gave us all the ins and outs of the house, and a description of some of the best activities and places to eat in the area. Our young son had gotten a stomach and gotten sick in the middle of the night. We needed to get ahold of John and Veronica around 11:30pm. With in a few minutes of sending our message to them they responded right back with a solution for our problem. Their cleaning team was amazing we needed the trash bins emptied a couple of times and the cleaners were always very quick to respond. Though we had no major/minor issues (other than the little guy ☹️) both John and Veronica checked in to see if there was anything we needed or they could help with. We are looking forward to staying at the “SPARROWS NEST” again for our next family trip to pigeon forge. I can not emphasize enough how nice and inviting these folks were. All of house highly recommend this home!!! 😊😊😊

I took my family up to Pigeon Forge along with 3 other families and we all stayed in the same neighborhood. The house we stayed in was absolutely perfect for us and was in a great location. Close enough to town but still out in the wilderness. I had several conversations with the owners before and after check-in and they were incredibly helpful and super responsive!! The cabin itself was absolutely amazing and as very clean and quiet. We are already talking about which f the 4 families will get this cabin next year because of the 4 it was BY FAR the best one!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge to stay at this house! The neighborhood was gated and private and it had it's own putt-putt course and indoor pool which was great because all 17 of the kids could run back and forth without worrying about them!

Our “bucket list” trip of taking our grown-up kids and their partners on a long weekend was a huge success! The cabin was wonderful, roomy and close to so much but still remote enough to avoid the crowds. We loved the location. The bottom floor “game room” area was so fun & comfy for us all and the kitchen and living area hosted memorable meals and chats. Part of our group got to play putt putt and had a blast. Quiet, convenient and it’s evident the hosts have put great care into ensuring your trip is a success. Very good communication. We hope to return!

Our stay was AMAZING!! We had 7 adults and 2 children, the cabin & surrounding area provided something for everyone! The cabin was conveniently located while still feeling like you were staying out of the hustle & bustle of downtown people & traffic. We will definitely want to book this cabin again!!

This is a very nice and spacious cabin. We liked having a bathroom for each bedroom. It's in a good neighborhood and is quiet. It was clean and my husband loved the recliners. The owner was super responsive to us. Of all the cabins we've stayed in through the years, this is our favorite and we hope to come back.

I basically booked close to last minute. Our stay was excellent. Very nice place to stay in. Veronica kept in contact with me the whole time and was readily available when needed. Great communication. We would definitely love to stay here again. Plenty of room, nice bedrooms, we really enjoyed the game room as well.

We try to go to the mountains every Christmas for a family vacation and this house did not disappoint. The house was huge with tons of room for the kids to play away from the adults. The location was 5 minutes from the Tanger Outlet. Jonathan and Veronica were great at communicating with me any time I had a question and were very accommodating when we had a family issue come up. We would definitely stay here in the future.

This was our first time to do a whole family vacation in a cabin. It was absolutely beautiful.
It was so special the first day we got there because there were Christmas lights lit up within the house. We loved each floor of the cabin but the first floor had all the games that the kids loved. I felt like the cabin was very spacious. I also liked that there were other cabins around. It may you feel safe. It was also only about five minutes out from the main town area of Pugeon Forge. It was a gated community too.

Jonathan was a great host! He kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The cabin was perfect for our family of 9 over the Thanksgiving holidays. The bedrooms are large and the living areas are spacious. We loved the Christmas decorations that made it feel cozy and festive.

A terrific house for a large family with grandkids. Great view, comfortable, nicely decorated, access to indoor pool. Owners communicated through email and were very responsive. We look forward to returning.
