RIEN dans l'appartement La situation géographique (metro) est bien

TOUT ! Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été un cauchemar et n'était pas ce que j'avais réservé. 1- Pas de machine à laver (mentionné 2 fois sur le site) ; j'ai expressément réservé un logement comportant ce type d'équipement car nous voyageons plusieurs semaines Nous avons demandé, par écrit, une solution au prestataire (que faire, où aller... je ne connais pas la ville) : pas de réponse. 2- l'appartement est sale : Les chambres et le salon étaient remplis d'insectes morts et vivants L'appartement est plein de toiles d'araignées Le frigo est sale La peinture s'effrite dans la salle de bain La salle de bain est plus que pleine d'humidité, elle est moisie Certaines serviettes étaient sales C'est inadmissible !!! Je leur avais déjà envoyé des photos. J'ai été patient. Nous avons demandé une solution, par écrit ; nous avons demandé d'envoyer quelqu'un pour nettoyer l'appartement mais ils n'ont rien fait. Pour ces motifs et les photos, j ai demandé un remboursement. Évidemment, pas de réponse...

Nice comfy beds and furniture. Located close to public transport and road network.

Spent a long time looking for parking. The hosts could have given more information on places to park. Although we managed to onen the entry key box in the end, it was a challenge. The floor boards in the reception areas kept creaking very badly, despite us treading on them very carefully.

The location is fine

it was cold and no solution provided. No Internet.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds and really clean. Easy to collect keys as lockbox was available for the building door and there was a digital lock on the apartment front door. Good location close to bus stops and Morse station.

There was an issue in each room that there was a draft coming in where the AC units were mounted in the windows leaving gaps around the edges. It was quite cold during our stay as a result. I contacted the hosts several times but had no reply so had to find a solution to block up the gaps myself.

Great location in Roger's Park

Check in process extremely difficult. Shared key with other units is unacceptable. Need to add lock boxes or go with alternative electronic lock on entry door. Mold on bathroom window sill a little gross.

Enough space for everyone. 2 adults and 4 kids. All appliances worked well, and everything was excellent.

I was waiting for a key about 2 hours. There is no parking lot for apartment.
