We enjoyed being right on the beach.

We felt the taxes and fees were way too much. It would be the only reason we would not return. Also smokers next to us limited the amount of time we used our balcony.

No breakfast. Fabulous location!!

2 flights of stairs to entry door… then, all bedrooms were upstairs (another flight of stairs.. We all came home with knee pain. We indicated to booking.com that we’re elderly. Peeling paint in bathroom, lockbox on rear railing had missing key and key holder. Extremely dated and VERY uncomfortable LR furniture.

Good location close to beach

If I would have been informed that there would have been construction on the premises being done I would have been able to make different options on choosing locations which would have greatly effected the outcome of our vacation . For several days we had workers on and above our deck which was missing railing, beach access that was unsafe with equipment, boards,nails blocking access .We had to keep all windows closed so we had no views of the ocean because workers were directly outside them and in addition to the constant noise for machinery, saws, hammers. We were able to enjoy 50% of what this facility offered for a relaxing vacation. It was advertised as ocean front property which were unable to enjoy and beach access that was hazardous. At one point one of the workers ask my fiancé for access to the condo and ask her who she was staying with.

We loved the location. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The beds were nice and comfortable.

The construction on the beach side of the facility was very inconvenient. We did not have access to steps, nor were we able to enjoy our deck for two days. There was no lights for the front steps.

In definite need of updating, especially the kitchen. Flaking paint, worn surfaces, rusty refrigerator, broken cabinet door... Also, wasn’t told there was construction going on on the next door units including bucket trucks parked in our dedicated spot and workers outside our windows. Lots of construction noise. Also, when we arrived the kitchen was gross. Dirty refrigerator, dried food on silverware, etc. But Jamie, the Property Manager, responded quickly and had someone come and clean it thoroughly.
