I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful private apartment/studio in July. I was not looking to cook much during my 3 night stay. There are many options to eat in Lambertville and New Hope. But I also brought provisions which were accommodated by the fridge, microwave, and electric griddle. If you are looking to cook meals, this may not be the place for you. It was perfectly suited for myself -- a lovely reading nook, outdoor seating to relax and eat, and easily walkable to the paths of the Delaware & Raritan Tow Path. I was looking for a place that was easily accessible to the lovely town of Lambertville/ New Hope, safe, and close to all the wonderful outdoor activities-- hiking, biking and kayaking. All of which i was able to enjoy while staying in this humble abode. Leah, the host, was very accommodating and responsive. Kudos for a wonderful stay!

This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway for a couple, or even one person. Leah was super responsive with any questions. She thought of everything to include in the apartment, even providing fresh-ground organic coffee, several types of teas, and oatmeal packets. My biggest complaint when we stay anywhere is usually the bed not being as comfortable as at home, but that was not the case here! I also appreciated the sound machine that was available. The location was great - a quick walk to town, but very quiet and secluded. I would definitely stay here again!

We checked in for a weekend getaway and everything was as listed! Room was clean and set up perfectly. Leah texted earlier in the day to make point of contact and to make sure we had a good stay!She lists anything we may of needed in a folder which was so accommodating. Room was exceptionally comfortable and cozy! Our only issue was my husband is 6’2 and the bathroom was a bit snug but i had no issues lol ! It’s walkable to some cute places and a quick 2 min drive to the main strip of lambertville! We would 100% stay again, just what we needed!

The pictures of this charming efficiency are accurate. Leah the owner has decorated beautifully. The bed in comfortable. The scene from the front window is great. Leah checks in with you regarding your check in time and to see if you are ok and/or have any issues. She provides tea, hot chocolate, coffee, filtered water, plates, wine/martini glasses, silverware, towels. It's a quaint room that we surely enjoyed spending time in. We would certainly visit again if it's available.

We enjoyed our stay here on Leah's property. The little apartment looked exactly like the pics. Her decorating style is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. She supplies some amenities like coffee and tea, filtered water, glasses, plates, silverware in case you are eating in. This spot was very cozy. Leah was good at checking in with our arrival and if all was good and/or if we needed anything. We would certainly utilize her space again if it was available.

A wonderful property located perfectly for walking to Lambertville, hiking on the canal trail, or up goat hill for a scenic view. Apartment was well appointed and Leah was easily available if needed.

Everything was wonderful. The bottom apartment was cozy and very clean; however, the pictures are deceiving. It appeared much larger on the website however, it was much smaller in person and the bathroom was tiny. My husband and I had a great time. We were able to cross the street and walk along the river walk into both Lambertville and New Hope. Beautiful picturesque towns, great shopping and great restaurants. Loved it. We would definitely return!

Lovely cozy place to stay. Wonderfully easy to walk into lambertville and New Hope. The host was super helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and room inviting. The bathroom was quite small, fine for us, but definitely wouldn’t work for taller people. Close to road, no real property to walk around but a tow path right across the street for walking along a stream.

Perfect little place for a short stay. This place had everything we needed to relax and a place to keep/reheat leftovers from meals in town. It is right off the main road into town, which is less than a 5 minute drive, but it did not seem walkable to town if that’s something you’re looking for. This did lend itself to being a very private space. The host was great and very responsive.

Wonderful visit to Lambertville
My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the property. The rental is a very cool space with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The town of Lambertville is full of shops and restaurants that are all within easy walking distance. The D and R canal trail is also very convenient. For those of you in good shape, walking across the bridge to New Hope is also doable. Our host, Leah, lives above the rental but it is still extremely private. Leah is charming and willing to provide any assistance you might need. Highly recommend staying here.

Very cozy and well located
This is a very cozy room in an old building. I loved the thick stone walls and the resulting quiet. There is a really nice patio out front with chairs; perfect for coffee and a book.
It is just across the street from access to the canal path and is just a short walk to downtown. There is also easy access to the Goat Hill overlook and park which is really lovely for the outdoor lover.
I was in town for work meetings and this was a perfect place to rest and recharge in the evenings.
The host provided some coffee and oatmeal which was a nice bonus!

This property is like something out of a fairytale. So cozy and welcoming. We were in awe of how much thought and care went in to each tiny detail. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was also so easy to find and the surrounding area is absolutely breathtaking.
We cannot recommend this space enough!!

Birthday weekend!
Lovely stay. The house is beautiful as is the setting. The place looks like the pictures and the hostess is very nice. We enjoyed the patio and slept well! Loved the ceiling fan, and chaise lounge. Nice little touches....including live plants, art and macrame. Great access to town...close to everything in Lambertville, and close to the bridge to New Hope!
A few downers....the shower is tiny, teeny tiny ...it was tight for me almost impossible for my husband. To use the microwave you have to sit on the floor, and it's the only cooking source. Do not plan on making breakfast, or really any meal.

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay in a beautiful location. Our host was communicative, friendly and accommodating.
The space is charming, unique and beautiful, and even on a weekend that rained the ENTIRE time and was well below average temps outside, it was cozy, warm and well lit.
