Although the weather was uncooperative we still had a nice time and enjoyed the condo. All was in order, the condo is great with comfortable beds. I ended up inviting my brother due to a second bedroom that otherwise wouldn't have been used. We had other family and friends staying at the Diplomat so this was a good location to be close to them and there are plenty of good spots to eat and shop nearby.

When we arrived, we already had our welcome letter with all of the check in information needed. The condo complex (Sandcastles) is very well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself was absolutely amazing! Immaculately clean with a gorgeous view and the most comfortable bed! We spent 10 nights here and loved every minute of it. From watching rocket launches on the balcony and the beach, to walking up and down Atlantic avenue and all of the shops!
Stan was prompt and very kind in response to any questions we had. He even offered to reimburse us for a smoke alarm battery! The amenities abound in this condo and truly make you feel at home.
We will definitely be back!!!

Super fab condo on the 7th floor with a direct line of sight view of Cape Canaveral. We were delighted to see a Starlink nighttime launch. Owner has detailed info & instructions.

My family and I stayed at this condo right after our cruise. It was clean and well furnished - the full sized
Washer and dryer were nice for getting all of our laundry done and keeping beach towels clean. The guest room was perfect for our two kiddos and had hangers in the closet and two suitcase racks to keep organized. The beds were all very comfy. There was a nice stash of puzzles and games for rainy days and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed for cooking. The beach access was easy and we also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I would definitely recommend staying here! We also got to watch the cruise ships go in and out of port and even got a surprise rocket launch! The property owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Definitely a five star experience and we would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us to relax at the beach after flying in from the UK. There was so much space and very comfortable and well equipped. We used the pool one day and took the umbrellas and seat to the beach the other day. Great views from the balcony as well. We had a problem with the wifi, but Stan arranged for some to fix before the end of our stay.

this property was perfect for us over the Fourth of July. The balcony provided the perfect view of the fireworks, and the property manager was extremely helpful & his communication was spectacular! We will definitely stay here again

We had a very nice stay at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. We did only eat out so didn’t use many dishes except plates and glasses but everything seemed to be there. Great location to the beach and we loved sitting out on the balcony watching the water and cruise ships go out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed for three nights at the condo after being at Disney for a week. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach access was good and we enjoyed the beach toys. The only thing I would request if we stayed again was a second adult backpack beach chair.

Location spot on. Close to beach, launches off the balcony. Quiet. Pool and spa looked great, we didn’t use them but many did. Sad part was lack cleanliness. Living room floors needed vacuuming. Manager had someone clean it quickly. As we were there awhile we noticed we should have just asked for our money back. I asked for a discount and it didn’t happen. Worst part was the amount of mold in the master shower. We won’t return. Like I said with a good cleaning this could be 5-stars. The owner needs to inspect it.

This condo is in a great location. It’s right on the beach, close to great restaurants. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated to give you the beach feel throughout. The ocean view from the balcony is great and we actually watched 2 rocket launches from the balcony during the 3 weeks of our stay. Our son and his family joined us for a week and had their own space with the extra bedroom and bathroom. There was some construction going on everyday on this side of the complex so it was loud at times and several days of work on the balcony. Stan was very gracious to us because of it. Stan was a text or email away if we needed anything. Great host! We definitely hope to be back again.

This unit is beautiful! Owner's attention to detail is impressive. Beach, pool and hot tub are great! Met very friendly residents by pool. Great restaurants! The Fish Camp Grill is a must! Cant wait to go back for next year's "girls trip". Stan was great to work with!

This is a great condo in a great location and our family of 4 had a lovely and relaxing Thanksgiving vacation while staying here. The beach is great, the pool was never crowded, even during a holiday weekend, and the location is 5 minutes from anything you could need! The condo is well-stocked with dishes, beach toys, towels, extra blankets, which makes packing that much easier.

Property was very clean and beautiful. Close to beach and easy access to pool. Residents we met were friendly. Grocery store nearby, but restaurants need to drive to. Not a touristy area at all.

Unit is just as described and if you have any questions, Stan is the man to handle it all. We wanted to come back for Thanksgiving week, but the unit was already booked. Definitely plan to visit again!

Property was clean and had a great view. Beach supplies were already there for us! The location is in the middle of everything so it’s not hard to get to places to eat. Just a quick walk to the beach out the main gate and you’re there! Will definitely recommend to others. Property manager was very nice and had good communication.

This property was great. Easy beach access. Pool on site as well. The property comes with so many perks. Balcony with views of ocean, Port Canavral and viewing of launches! Well stocked with board games, books and beach things. Extremely clean. Communications and check in/out was super easy with great instructions. The kitchen is well stocked as well. Nothing is far to walk or drive. Small family or couples friendly. Can’t say enough about it. Will be returning for sure.
