A beautiful spacious unit with a homely feel. The unit was immaculate with everything you'd need. We loved the peace and quiet of the farm setting, and looking out onto the paddocks and sheep. Amazing!

Keys were personally delivered with a few instructions on how to use the TV etc. A lovely well appointed kitchen, and some bottles of wine available in case we were unable to buy our own. Invercargill has a licensing trust so wine was not available at countdown.
Nothing. Everything was great, the hosts went out of their way to have everything we needed.

The cottage was very comfortable with great amenities. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We had excellent communication before and during our stay. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was on the edge of Invercargill, but not in it. I wanted the solitude. The paddock with sheep was a bonus.

Great and friendly host - I was driving from Queenstown to Invercargill and arrived quite late around 10:30 pm. The friendly host called me around 10 pm to ensure I was all good and safe from the driving before arrival, and provided additional verbal instruction on how to get to the property.
When I finally arrived, the host took the additional initiative to wait and show me around the property and facilities even though it was almost 11 pm - Certainly one of the best hosts I have ever experienced ^_^.
On my departure on Friday morning, the host also took the initiative to check to see how was my stay, and we had some great chat afterward as well.
The property is new, nice, and super clean, and I will definitely come back again.

Quiet and restful location.
Since the property has a poster by door stating that no shoes are allowed inside, there should have been a shoe rack or small cupboard outside the door that would protect shoes from rain.

virtually new cottage , quite rural location, very well presented & welcoming hosts.
would have like instructions for the oven/cooktop a unfamiliar to us & coffee machine didn’t produce coffee!

Had everything we needed and was wonderful to wake up to see the sheep in the paddock that morning. Nice and quiet and private. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Such and nice comfortable space for my parents visiting. They loved their stay and the hosts, Ross and Margaret were so kind and helpful! The sheep grazing with their babies were a bonus for them =)

Such a beautiful gem of place close to Invercargill but far enough away you don't hear any of the noise and traffic. Ross was great to deal with friendly and helpful, I'd definitely stay here again and recommend here to other people.
