Everything - It was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a pleasure to stay in. Only a short walk into town and a supermarket just on the next block. It was well equipped.
Can't think of anything to dislike.

Really glad I stayed here. The unit is really lovely with a very comfortable bed, great linens, and a very handy location to the centre of the town, so convenient! It was also extremely clean, and the hot beverages and fresh milk was a really nice touch.
I didn’t get to meet the hosts personally, but they gave me very clear instructions of where to find them and parking .
Also, the most beautiful wake up call in the morning of birds singing, super cute.

Perfect place for a short stay, with everything you need right behind a supermarket and walking distance to lots of food places. It was lovely to get there after a long rainy bike ride to the heater on and a heated bathroom floor! Very comfortable bed too.

Love the interior! it was so cute and modern! really loved the floors etc. also underfloor heating in the bathroom which was great as it was freezing when we got there. plenty of privacy too!
Everything was great. the ONLY thing If I have to say something, would be that there were quite a few slaters in the room, although Invercargill has a lot of these and they are harmless but it did make things a little uncomfortable. We didn’t want to walk bare foot or leave any bags or shoes on the floor.

This is a little hidden gem. Great communication from the host. Very well located, just behind Countdown for the groceries, 10 min walk to Splash Palace, 15 min walk to Queens Park. Central, but very quiet. Comfortable and very clean. All facilities, though basic, but we didn't need extra, plus personal touches from the hosts. Great value, highly recommended.

The location. Perfect for anyone without private transportation. A very pleasant place to stay for a few nights, central but secluded. Thank you Anna and John :)
Being woken at 5.30am by the loudest dawn chorus I have ever heard in a city, which of course I won't call a criticism of the accommodation, but possibly a testament to their beautiful garden :)

Very clean. Host was very friendly and accomodating (I left my bags for a couple of extra hours). Little kitchenette had everything I needed (including small packs of butter and jam). Other nice touches included flowers from the garden. Bed was comfy. Close to large supermarket.
No big deal but about a 10 minute walk to city centre.

The unit was very quiet and comfortable. There is a kowhai tree outside and we had many visits from Tui and other native birds, it was lovely. The bathroom has been updated and is well maintained.

Host kindly offered me late check out and also helped me get a refund on a previous booking due to covid restrictions effecting my booking
I've booked to stay here several times due to its location and facilities and look forward to my next stay.
The owner may very occasionally walk past - not a problem just keep your blinds closed if getting changed etc.
