Staff and their humbleness to help. Booking was for my old parents as they missed a flight. The owner and the staffs took ultra care in guiding them to hotel, made them comfortable and even arranged food in room. My mom is kind of handicapped. Amazing staff, thank you all!

We are ok with bhumi residency but not with booking.com while booking it was showing less comparing other websites on e I reach there paid commission and tax. Never do that to customers and I will never use booking.com again, other websites are very transparent please learn those things
