The location and the roof top pool view. The size of the room and bathroom.

The check-in and check-out counter is too small based on the fact that there were so many guests arriving and departing in this tall Hotel! No spare toilet paper even though we have asked for one extra, housekeeping delivered one extra but after the room cleaning, we still didn't have an extra to spare. The towels are way too low quality! Shampoo and bath gel are in too small amount, we didn't have enough if we take 3 showers a day for both of us but when we asked for more, it's delivered! The light on the wardrobe was automatically but annoying, should just have a switch for turning on and off instead! We stayed at a sea view room before and it was too noisy at night and too bright in the morning. Mountain view is much better!
