Everything is just great: The room is very clean, very quiet, comfortable, and intimacy. The breakfast was very delicious and variety. I really liked the terrace. Staff was very polite and helpful. The location is very good restaurants, and all you need is just around. The design of the hotel inside is very beautiful. I really recommended it. It will be my destination every time i go to Riadh inchalah. GOOD JOB EVERYONE 👏 👍 👌.

The location is great. All the services including eateries available around the hotel. A very beautiful Jamia Masjed is present across the road. The front office staff Brother Mohammed and the other one ( both Egyptians) are excellent and cooperative. The hotel has bright ceramic floors with ample lighting. overall a very good property but need’s attention of management.

The house keeping service is very poor. No towels were provided in the rooms. later were supplied on request. As we had two room apartment, we needed more towels. the Bengali staff didn’t listen to our request 3-4 times until we called the front office. The towels should have been provided spontaneously. The bathroom are very specious but not organized well. No hangers for clothes , towels etc. The bed sheets / linen need to be cleaned with care. The WiFi is week and the water pressure is not up to the mark. The management and staff need special hospitality training.
