The manager Bene was very helpful and catered to all our needs. Very nice person. Place was clean and eveything was working as it should. Always answered the phone and responded promptly.

The facilities in the room- cooking area, seating area. It was a good little studio apartment. Lots of space in the room.
The staff contacted me with details of how to get in on WhatsApp and checked I got in ok
Security - the inside front door to the complex has a code to get in.. this is good. However, this door did not close properly so couldn't be secured.
The room was freezing when I arrived.. however there are two electric wall heaters. It took about 2 hours to heat the room up.
The general finish wear and tear to the room is poor. There was a sock over the smoke alarm. Water damage in the bathroom, burn marks on the tablet and a cigarette burn in the bedding.
The bedding was clean and ironed however.
