Location is very in very quiet area convienient to grocery (Safeway and Whole Foods), downtown Sedona and hiking trail heads.
We really enjoyed coming back to the house in the afternoon after hikes and shopping to sit in the spa and watch football on the outside TV (our recorded games on YouTube TV).
Highlights of the trip were the following:
Day 1: Arizona Safari Jeep Tours: Rim Run Supreme with Don (locally owned). We liked passing the pink jeeps as our jeep was able to handle the rough roads better.
Dinner at Hendersons
Day 2: Devil's Bridge hike. Leave the house by 7am for parking and so you don't have to wait too long (we still had to wait about 20 mins) to take pictures of our group on the bridge.
Brunch at Secret Garden Cafe in Tlaquepaque
Day 3: Brins Mesa trail. The book at the house shows the Juniper trail that is blocked with logs. We went too far and doubled back to find it. Leave by 8am. Not too crowed.

Fantastic property in a great location! Variety of family-friendly hikes were easily accessible right from the neighborhood without driving and parking. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops were all nearby. Views and backyard were serene. Thoughfully designed home is well-maintained and very nicely furnished...only thing they are missing is a golf putter! Would highly recommended this property to others.

The house was very clean and well equipped and had lovely views. It accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. It was also well located to hikes and excursions in the area. Pool and hot tub got lots of use by kids and adults!

The house is well maintained and clean. Great location. Our only issue was the temp for the pool. When we called ahead of our trip and asked if the pool was heated we were told 82 degrees but upon arrival is was freezing and when we tried to call and get it heated, we were told it was due to the cold weather. Such a bummer because the kids never swam during our stay.

The property was nice. We did not like someone living in a portion of the house, it did state that a relative was living in a portion of the house in the description. I feel it should have been stated first in the description. We rented the house for the privacy not to have a shared house and yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and were very impressed with the home, and all the amenities!!! We did some sightseeing, loved the spectacular views from the house, and spent some great quality time together! Thanks for sharing your home with us! Many memories made.

The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The property management company was very helpful and responsive any time we needed assistance. The home is situated within walking distance to some beautiful hikes, and a short drive shopping, groceries, restaurants, and any other popular hiking we wanted to do. Absolutely would stay here again!

Amazing view!! Great location . Seemed to only be ten minutes away from many of the restaurants and attractions we visited. Could spend the whole day enjoying the view from back yard or front . We will be back !

Loved this property! There were only 4 of us, but this house sleeps and holds 6 with zero space issues.
It's brand new with all modern kitchen appliances. The master bedroom & bath are gorgeous with a great bed.
The backyard has a heated saltwater pool and a 6 person jacuzzi. Additionally, a giant outdoor cabana & grilling area.
We hiked every morning and then came back for cocktails, lunch and lounging by the pool.
This is luxury in Sedona!

Wow!
Gorgeous property! Perfect for our girls' trip with plenty of space to spread out and hang out. The kitchen was well appointed for some meals in, and that outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the June weather.
As others have noted, there is a unit attached - but we didn't see anyone at all. And yes, the bathroom counters are comically tall - but it the storage was plentiful!
The rental company had good communication and was easy to work with.

So beautifully quiet
Amazing views of chimney rock and lizard head rock. From every window and the pool. The only noise was singing birds.
The house itself is beautiful and clean, but any noise echos. I can't imagine how loud it would get with a family or friends.
Sunrise walk to Amitabha Peace Park was quiet and, well, peaceful. The Peace Park provided sweeping views of the red rocks. Deer, rabbits, and the call of coyotes joined me at the park. On my way back to the house I ran into a neighbor. No one else was out at that hour, but we had a lovely chat.
Overall an amazing stay.
